We charge a $30.00 cleaning fee that is not refundable on leaving home. base on leaving home in same condition at time of rental. Winter rate are $79.00 per night during the week,weekend are $89.00 per night plus a 9% tax .Rate are subjected to change.SUMMER TIME RATES ARE FROM May 27th -SEPT 15TH WINTER RATE ARE FROM SEPT 16th -NOV 14TH FROM DEC 26TIL SEPT ARE $69.00 PER DURING THE WEEK ,WEEKEND ARE $89.00 PER PLUS TAX, No refund on booking w/Visa,Debt for booking NO refunds
