The rear of our property backs up against miles of walking and biking trails in Port Washington National Park, while the front borders 30A and a 15-mile bike path. Seaside is just 1.5 miles away, and many laid-back eateries and upscale restaurants are within walking distance.
The condo features an elegantly furnished living room, spacious kitchen and 3 large bedrooms, each with flat screen TVs.
Catch the sun on a private balcony, fire up the communal grills, or take a dip in the complex’s 2,000 square foot swimming pool.
INSIDE THE CONDO
A tastefully appointed living room combines classic furnishings with coastal-inspired decor. An overstuffed couch and loveseat face a flat screen TV, while large windows with plantation shutters flood the space with light.
French doors lead to a private balcony at the back of the condo. Grab a seat and snooze in the sun or head over to a communal area where a grilling station and a beautiful swimming pool awaits.
A spacious, tucked-away kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a big pantry for storing snacks and groceries. While dinner simmers on the stove, uncork a bottle of wine at a kitchen island that seats 2. Gather for meals around a farmhouse-style dining table that seats 8 in a nearby dining area.
3 elegantly furnished bedrooms sleep 6, with plush carpets and flat screen TVs in each. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a sizeable en-suite master bath with a jet tub and separate shower.
The light-filled 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both feature large windows and Queen size beds. Two more full bathrooms each have tub/shower combos.
With a private beach just 400 yards from our front door, you might be content to spend your entire vacation lounging beside the ocean! But if you’re ready for other outdoor adventures, you’re in the perfect place.
Point Washington State Forest borders the rear of the condo. This 15,000-acre forest has over ten miles of trails, offering the opportunity for leisurely strolls, hiking and biking. There’s also a 15-mile bike path that borders the front of our property.
Stylish restaurants and barefoot casual eateries are also within walking distance. Keep things casual for dinner at local’s favorite Steamboat Grill, or enjoy sensational steaks and seafood in chic surroundings at Cafe Thirty-A - both just a 13-minute stroll.

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
