The property includes seven bedrooms with either queen or full size beds, each with its own private marble bathroom, , chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances, formal living room with wood burning fireplace, formal dining room, washer / two dryers, three car garage with plenty of parking, six satellite TV’s with premium stations, DVD, CD, VCR and Sony Play Station II, state-of-the-art gym with circuit training, game room with pool table and fussball table, free formed heated gunite pool with blue stone patio, eight person Jacuzzi tub with waterfall, all weather tennis court and basketball court.

| Additional amenities in this professionally decorated estate property include 9 ft ceilings on the ground floor, 8 ft ceilings on the second floor, HEPA filters in the A/C and heating system, energy saving light bulbs in most fixtures, a well equipped kitchen with granite stone countertops, including a 48 inch Subzero refrigerator with cold water and ice cube dispenser in the door, built in microwave oven, 48 bottle U Line wine captain, Viking dishwasher, garbage disposal, 48 inch Viking gas range with six burners and griddle above two ovens, two coffee makers, coffee grinder, espresso maker, commercial grade blender, food processor, mixer, four slice toaster, toaster oven and 14 inch TV. Cabinets are fit out with drinking glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, martini glasses, silverware, flatware, cookware, spices, wine opener, wood cutting board and butcher knives. Kitchen center island includes two bar stools.
The commercial kitchen opens into the formal dining room and family room. The family room has two causal sofas, two leather club chairs, coffee table and a 32 inch TV. The formal dining room has a country table with seating for eight. The formal living room has 12 ft ceilings, wood burning fireplace, two sofas, two club chairs, coffee table, desk with computer, card table with seating for four and a 42 inch TV. The game room has a 8 ft pool table and fussball table. The gym has a treadmill, bike, spinning bikes, weight machines and free weights. The home is fitted out with local phone service provided by Verizon. There is no long distance service provided. The long distance phone service is set up for calling card access. Cell phone service works well from the property. High speed internet service is provided by Verizon Online. There is a desk top computer available for use. Satellite TV is provided by DISH Network, each of the six TV’s have premium service including HBO, Cinemax and Showtime.
The house layout has the master bedroom (bedroom # 1), bedroom # 2 and bedroom # 3 on the second floor up the front stair case. The main floor has a VIP suite (bedroom # 4), designed for elderly guests. Bedrooms # 5, # 6, # 7 are up the back stair case. The house is designed with two separate sleeping areas. Each bedroom has its own private marble bathroom. No bedrooms are located in the basement of the house.
All bedrooms have 500 thread count sheets and pillow cases, decorative duvet covers and pillow shams and bed skirts. Each bedroom has an alarm clock, reading lamp, iron with ironing board, night stand, dresser, decorative mirror above each dresser, full length mirror, closet, country artwork and some have an upholstered chair. Master bedroom has satellite TV with premium channels, stereo system with speakers in the bedroom and master bathroom and a CD player.
The bathrooms are designed with Bottacino marble floors and marble walls in shower stalls and tub surrounds. There is a combination of Kohler fixtures and Dornbracht polished chrome faucets. Each bathroom has a soap dish holder with a fresh bar of soap, tooth brush holder, glass jar with Q-tips, shower stall/tub soap dish holder with fresh bar of soap, wall mounted hair dryer, toilet paper holder with a new roll of toilet paper and a floor mat. Bath and hand towels are provided at an additional cost. Shampoo and conditioner are not provided. The house has two 100 gallon hot water heaters to provide endless hot water and redundancy.
The free formed heated gunite pool is surrounded by granite flagstone pavers set in a random pattern, stone patio is surrounded by areas of grass and flowering landscaping, complete with irrigation system. The gunite pool is roughly 20 ft x 40 ft and is approximately 8 ft deep at its deepest end. The eight person round Jacuzzi tub has a waterfall feature that flows over into the pool. There are two pool heaters, one for the pool and one for the hot tub. There is a 36 inch propane gas grille with two gas side burners built into a stone surround with stone tops. There is a cast iron table with seating for eight with an umbrella for outdoor eating. There are fourteen cast iron lounge chairs with cushions and side tables and two hammock lounge chairs surrounding the pool. Adjacent to the pool area is large grass area and a 60 ft x 120 ft all weather tennis court with a professional basketball hoop at the southern end. There is a covered back porch with outdoor wicker seating. The entire backyard has a perimeter fence to secure against animals.
| Policies
| Rates are based on the season and the number of nights you are interested in renting. Fifty percent of the rental payment and the security deposit payment are due at the time of signing the lease. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days prior to the rental period. Rental payments are nonrefundable. Security deposit to be returned after house inspection or within 30 days after vacating the property. Rates include house cleaning before and after your stay, pool / hot tub maintenance during your stay, fresh linens on beds, use of local phone service, use of high speed internet service, satellite TV with premium channels, air conditioning, heating, electricity, oil for house heating, propane for pool heater and cooking, grounds maintenance, firewood, garbage removal for normal use upon departure, driveway plowing during winter months and fresh soaps and toilet paper in bathrooms. Bath and hand towels are provided at an additional cost.
