NEW IMPROVEMENTS for 2008: We are very excited about our new enhancements. We installed new windows throughout the home, painted the exterior this great golden/yellow color, purchased a new leather sofa for the living room, and installed new ceiling fans in the bedrooms. In addition, we made the master bath flexible so that you can shower in the tub as well, if that is your preference. This is a great family gathering place, with 5 bedrooms, sleeping accommodations for 13, plus a crib for infants. This house offers amenities to enjoy the beach year round: a private heated pool for spring and fall visits and a fireplace to huddle up to while you warm your toes during the winter.

This house is located on the beach, just a short walk over the sand dunes to the ocean. We are located on the north end of Harbor Island where the St. Helena Sound meets the Atlantic Ocean. You can enjoy the ocean air while your children take a break from the sand and surf to swim at your own private pool. Exterior showers make it easy to rinse off before retiring to the interior of the home. The open floor plan provide great family time, whether you are cooking, eating, or lounging in the living room. You can view the ocean from all of these areas/functions. Watch the sun come up from the comfort of your bed in the spacious master bedroom suite and enjoy a luxurious bath in the jetted tub overlooking the ocean. Large upstairs bedroom has private porch overlooking the pool and beach.

Relax on the deck overlooking a spectacular view of the water, while watching the shrimp boats and dolphins go by. Barbecue fresh seafood available minutes away. Sunbathe on our quiet beach or spend the day at the island's newly renovated club - sitting by the pool or working out. This home has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

We understand that your vacation time is extremely important to you and our goal is to make the entire experience a positive and memorable one. We are staffed at the office 7 days/week to help you in planning your vacation or for any needs that may arise during your stay. We also have someone on-call 24 hours/day for emergencies. We have a large selection of both small and large vacation homes and villas, ranging from traditional beach homes to exciting luxury homes situated on the beach! We have three barrier islands near Beaufort, South Carolina: Fripp Island, Harbor Island, and Hunting Island. Cancellations and Refunds If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival, $75 will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 60 days and unit is not re-rented, no refund. If cancellation occurs within 60 days and unit is rerented, the actual rental amount recieved minus $75 will be refunded. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent.
