During the day, stroll to the beach and play in the waves. Return to the house to enjoy, a barbecue, dining al fresco, or lounge by the fire pit backyard oasis with a pool and hot tub or even take a short walk into town.

Or find some solitude on the new upstairs private peak ocean view balcony. A new spectacular rooftop deck with lots of comfortable seating showcases beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean and sunsets. At night fall asleep to the sounds of the waves.

A delightful seating nook greets you as you enter the airy, modern, light-filled great room with 18' floor to ceiling glass walls that access the outdoor patio and dining for 8.

A state-of-the-art kitchen with a center table with stools has everything you need to replicate the comforts of cooking at home. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for 8 so everyone can eat together.

Three of the bedrooms are located on the main level. Two are furnished with king beds, 55" flat-screen TVs, and ceiling fans. The third bedroom has two twin beds and there are two full baths downstairs located central to these bedrooms.

Upstairs, you will find a grand king master suite with a ceiling fan, a seating nook, and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower and a soaking tub. A private, new, peak ocean view balcony with sectional seating and subtle lighting beckons you to relax and recharge.

A newly built queen guest bedroom and a separate new bath accompany the master suite on the 2nd floor. And of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. This home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds.

There is off-street parking for two cars in the driveway. A washer/dryer, full cable, DVD/Blu-Ray player, and wireless internet complete the amenities.
Walk to local establishments like Carino's pizza or Verdes El Ranchero Mexican cuisine (both within 3 blocks), and top off your meal with treats from Baskin Robbins or Yogi Topi frozen yogurt (both within 4 blocks).

Also, within walking distance are the famous 4.5 star El Pescador Fish Market and The Taco Stand, one of the highest rated taquerias in town, as well as Busy Bee's bagel shop and 7-Eleven. The nearest grocery and drug store are within a mile.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
