Nestled high in the hills overlooking the romantic Pacific, sits Casa Azul, waiting to be your home away from home in this land of beaches, monkeys, lush forests, sport fishing, horseback riding, and relaxation.

Pamper yourself at a fraction of the cost of a hotel in your own private villa. This beautiful villa is rented on a weekly basis. Everything is modern, right down to the dish-TV. We have a brand-new swimming pool with infinity edge, overlooking a breathtaking view of the ocean and the twinkling lights of the town of Quepos.

There are three bedrooms in the main house, each with a Queen or King bed, plus a small bedroom with a full size bed and full bath on the lower level of the house, unconnected to the main house, and opening onto the pool deck. The view from this room is marvelous and it is also perfect for teenagers or people desiring a little more privacy.

The house sleeps up to eight people. It is professionally managed, daily maid service and you will be greeted at the Quepos airport (or upon your arrival by car) and shown around the town and beaches. There is a Washer and a Dryer on the premises, but laundry service is available if you would like the maid to do it, at very reasonable rate.

The house is located off the main road, a short walk from the town of Quepos in an exclusive neighborhood -- seven miles from the airport and a mile from the famous Manuel Antonio National Park and some of the most pristine beaches in the world.

Rental Period
Rental is generally by the week, but, if available, house can be rented on a daily basis, with a 3-day minimum rental.

Reservations
A deposit of 50% must be included with your Rental Agreement to reserve the property. The balance plus a $500 damage deposit (refundable) must be received no less than two weeks before your arrival, or your reservation will automatically be canceled.

Cancellations
Cancellations received 60 days or less from the scheduled arrival date will not receive any refund (except for refund of the damage deposit).

Cancellations received more than 60 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.

There are no refunds for cancellations of Christmas, New Years or Easter periods.

Because of this cancellation policy, sometimes the house becomes vacant when we thought it was booked. Therefor, you are encouraged to check back with us even though the initial response from us was that the house is booked.

Liability
The pool and property are used at your own risk with no liability on the part of the home owner. If you have children, please supervise them carefully. There are many public beaches - those within the National Park are very calm, but the beaches outside the Park, while beautiful, can have undertows.
