Description

This 6 bed, 6 ½ bathroom house is one of the few houses that is located right on the beach. The house is in El Tule, which is almost equidistant between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, in the secure sub-division of Costa Brava.

On the lower level are 2 guest suites both have queen sized beds, ensuite bathrooms with showers, private balconies, and central air conditioning. The a/c might come in useful if the sound of the surf keeps you awake at night.

Above the main house has 4 bedrooms, one with a queen, another with twin doubles, the third with a double, and the master bedroom also has a queen. The master bedroom has windows that retract opening the view to the beach and ocean, satellite TV, and a large jacuzzi bath. The other bedrooms have bathrooms attached with showers. The forth bedroom is ideal for a maid or nanny and is through the laundry room.

The common area is elegant and airy and capitalizes on its location, windows both front and back open fully to allow the cool breeze off the Sea of Cortez to flow through. At the back there is a quadrangle with a fountain encircled by citrus trees, off the quad is both the 2 car garage and the laundry room. Entering the house from the quad you have a view through to the ocean as you enter the most informal area. Here are a small dining area and living space with satellite TV, sofa and chairs. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen bisects the common area on its ocean side is a formal dining table that comfortably seats 12 people.

Stepping out of the house onto the patio you are provided with the living/reception area. A large deep couch faces out to sea and is joined by several other comfortable chairs and ottomans. This is clearly where you spend much of your time relaxing and enjoying the sight, sounds, and smells of the ocean. The patio has a gas range and grill besides which is another marble topped table capable of seating 10. Finally the focal point of the patio, if it is not the beach and ocean beyond, is the rectangular pool.
