Consisting of four beautifully furnished modern cabanas, this beach house offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a memorable vacation TOGETHER...without having to forfeit privacy! Your family will love cooling off in the large brand-new private pool (with the option to heat in winter months) and relaxing as the sun sets behind the palms as they gather exclusively in our spacious tropical courtyard (with lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, & new gas grill)!
All four of our charming cabanas are attached under one roof; combined, they form a 3029 sq. ft. single-story beach house. With the Gulf of Mexico less than a block away (75 yards), it's an easy sidewalk stroll to the beach boardwalk which takes you over the sea dunes and onto the sugar-soft white sand of the world-renown Emerald Coast! Your family is sure to enjoy a fun, relaxing & memorable time together at our 'Coastal Breeze Cabanas'!
Want to bring your boat down with you for some family fun in the sun?! We have plenty of off-street private parking for your jet skis/boat/trailer or R/V on our property...with the public boat launch merely minutes away!!
The unique floor plan is conducive to families and large groups! The layouts are as follows:
Cabana 1-King bedroom, bunk room (double bottom/single top), full bathroom, dining room, kitchen, laundry, & living room with sofa sleeper
Cabana 2-King bedroom, queen bedroom, full bathroom, dining room, kitchen, laundry, & living room with sofa sleeper
Cabana 3-King bedroom, queen bedroom, full bathroom, dining room, kitchen, laundry, & living room with sofa sleeper
Cabana 4-Queen bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, extended dining room and extended living room with sofa sleeper

Policy
- Rates are quoted for 15 people; add $100 per additional person up to 23 people.
Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home.
Balance of rent, tax, cleaning fee and damage deposit must be paid 40 days prior to check-in day.
Tax: 11% Florida Tax
Damage Deposit: $800-1000 (Refunded 5-7 days after check-out)
Cleaning Fee: $150-200
**Pool Heating available for additional fee (calculated based on length of stay, desired water temp & time of year), please call to inquire.
We accept payment in the form of personal check. You may also choose to pay on paypal for a 3% transaction fee.

Outdoor Policies
- Pool is to be used by registered guests only
- No glass in pool area
- There are no pool hours, however please be considerate of our neighbors
- Rinse off sand using our outdoor showers before you enter the pool and when returning from the beach
- Music volume must be kept at a reasonable level
Indoor Policies
- No smoking
- No pets
- No parking on street
- Garbage is picked up every week on Tuesday AMs and Friday AMs. On Monday and Thursday evenings please roll large outdoor garbage bins to curb. After the truck has left please roll the bins off the street and put them back by the house.
Other Policies
- We understand that accidents happen. If something gets broken during your stay please call and let us know immediately so we have ample time to fix it before our next guests arrive.
- If property is for sale renter must cooperate with owner and/or realator to arrange for convenient time(s) to show it.
- By Florida law we as the owners are allowed to enter our homes at any time if we suspect any activity that might be a breach of these guidelines or any rental agreement policies.
- If your group fails to take excellent care of our homes we will apply the funds collected from your damage deposit to cover any repairs, extra cleaning needed, or replacement of missing items. In such cases we will return to you only the remaining balance of your damage deposit. In such cases all charges will be itemized and communicated to you.

Cancellation Policies
- A fee equal to 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation or date transfer of your reservation if your reservation is at least 47 days in the future.
- If you cancel your reservation within 47 days of yuor check-in date, all monies sent will be forfeited. Written notice of cancellation must be sent via email and/or USPS and MUST BE POSTMARKED at least 47 days prior to stay.
- Early departure does not warrant a refund of any kind. This includes all other “personal emergencies,” "natural occurrences," or "Acts of God" that might interrupt your vacation plans.
- If you have not checked in by 10 a.m. of your second contracted day (without prior notice) home may be re-rented and loss of all monies sent will result.
- Check-out time is 10am or earlier. If any member of your group remains in our home past 10am you will be charged for an extra day and your damage deposit refund will be debited accordingly.

Our home is on a double lot, has a brand-new private pool, and is merely steps from the beautiful white-sand beach! No need for a golf-cart...it's just a flat, easy sidewalk stroll to the shore while you soak up the view! Just around the corner is the famous 'Crab Trap' restaurant and you don't have to travel far to enjoy any of Destin's incredible restaurants. Additionally, we are just down the road from the largest designer outlet mall in the nation! Even closer is our 'Destin Commons' outdoor shopping mall. Whether it be the water park, deep sea fishing, thrill rides, or family fun go-carting and playing putt-putt...you won't have to travel more than a few minutes down the road! Our beach cabanas are clean with modern decor! Without compromising on style, we've designed our home with your family in mind. Vacations are meant to be relaxing...so we've done all we can to ensure our guests of all ages will have an easy stay! In hopes to keep your packing light, we have two pack n plays and two high chairs at the house. Further, each of our four cabanas has it's own washer and dryer! No need to share the remote...each of our bedrooms boasts it's own t.v. For those times, however, you want to snuggle up together and watch, we have d.v.d. players in all four living rooms. Wondering if everyone can gather indoors for dinner, a movie or a game night? We're designed Cabana 4 to comfortably host the entire group indoors. Whether around the dining table (seats 14) or in the large open living room...for those rare occasions when y'all don't want to gather around the pool...you can spend as much time together as you would in a traditional single-family beach house! Then, when you're tired and want to sneak away...escape to the quiet offered by your private cabanas! It's truly the best of both!
There's plenty of space in our courtyard to play cornhole or ladderball. Just down 'Scenic 98' a few blocks is a brand-new jungle gym and, of course, beach volleyball courts. Truly, your whole family will have a blast!
