"THE BEACH HOUSE" AT CARILLON IS LOCATED ON A BEAUTIFUL WHITE SANDY BEACH. This home contains 1800 square feet of living space including living room and dining area, three queen-size beds, and a bonus room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, additional TV and a private bath. A fully loaded baby crib  a Wireless BroadBand Connection, unlimited (Continental USA ) long distance phone service is provided as well as a Flat Screen HD TV.

Carillon Beach is an upscale gated community on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex contains free standing homes surrounded by three swimming pools, two tennis courts, children’s playground and picnic area. Our Market Street has a coffee and ice cream shop, a general store-internet hookup, sports bar and other entertainment on site two walking blocks from "The Beach House."

"THE BEACH HOUSE" offers a DREAM VACATION in a DREAM HOUSE ON THE BEACH with magnificent views of the Gulf from the family and master bedrooms. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from two beach front porches and sunrises over Lake Carillon from the guest bedrooms. We have everything you will need for children including a full sized crib with linens, playpen, umbrella stroller, table and chairs set, toys, pails, shovels, books, CD's, DVD's, VCR's, boogie boards and more in an immaculate home setting.

A private walkover to THE BEACH with daily lounge and umbrella set up from April thru October is provided and one of the three swimming pools is on the Gulf two houses away.
