There is nothing better than a morning stroll along the beach!
Our condo can be found in a great location - the Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach. It is very close to Barefoot Landing and the Famous "Restaurant Row". This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is decorated with "beachy" themed furniture, lamps, and pictures in the living and dining areas. Berber carpet has been placed through-out our condo, which includes a beautiful side ocean view!
The master bedroom has a wonderful ocean view, TV with VCR, queen size bed, full size dresser and mirror, ceiling fan, full size closet, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and also includes a full size dresser and mirror, ceiling fan, and full size closet. The living room has a queen size pull-out sofa. The condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people. It also includes a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar, etc.
Free hi-speed wireless Internet access! Imagine sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves, surfing the Net...! We also have a washer and dryer in our condo, a TV with a DVD/VCR, and a ceiling fan in the living room. Telephone service is included with free local phone calls!! Our condo is in outstanding condition; we are looking for renters that will take special care of our home away from home.
There is a swimming pool and 2 BBQ grills on property. There is also a scooter rental store right across the street and next to that is a great little place to grab a sandwich and a drink. We're just about a mile to Barefoot Landing, with over 100 shops and great entertainment such as The Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, and many great restaurants along with weekly fireworks during the summer!
We also use the services of a professional cleaning company; our condo is thoroughly cleaned after each rental. This cleaning includes the use of environmentally safe or green cleaning products. Also, every mattress and all upholstered pieces of furniture are sanitized and disinfected at regular intervals. This means a cleaner, safer environment for you and your children. **No harsh chemicals that can cause respiratory distress for those with allergies, asthma, etc.** Our elimination of environmentally harmful chemicals means peace of mind for you and your family!
Our condo is also within easy driving distance to Dolly Parton's Pirate Voyage, The Carolina Opry, and Broadway At The Beach, with over 100 specialty shops, 20 restaurants, 15 attractions, 10 nightclubs, Ripley's Aquarium, (a favorite for the kids), Planet Hollywood, The Hard Rock Cafe, Nascar Cafe, Palace Theater, Imax Movie Theaters, a dueling piano bar called Crocodile Rocks (our personal and recommended favorite!), and much, much more! This really is a great location! We also have a local contact to assure that your stay is all you want it to be!

Required Stay:
- Minimum 1 Week required during High Season
- Minimum 3 nights required during all other dates
Additional Fees:
- Lodging Tax: 12% Tax (not included in rental rates)
- Cleaning Fee: $80 (included with weekly rentals)
- Linen Rentals: $125 fee (optional)

Reservations:
- To make a reservation, a 50% deposit is required.
- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:
- A $50.00 Administration Fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation prior to your arrival date and the unit is re-rented for the originally reserved time period.
- If the unit is not re-rented, the renter is responsible for 1/2 of the original reservation.
Monthly Rentals:
- Monthly rentals available November 1st - February 28th: $995 per month (plus tax).
- Monthly rentals include the departure cleaning fee and all utilities.
