WE’RE SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH! You can hear the surf from our front porch. It's a three minute walk, with sidewalk all the way. Allow the brilliant emerald water and sugar white sand to take your breath away! A ROMANTIC WALK ON A MOONLIT BEACH IS JUST THAT CLOSE!

It's an abundance of living space with seven bedrooms, five bathrooms [all with double sinks], two living rooms, two kitchens, two sets of washer/dryers, tons of bathroom space, and a dining area with an eat-up bar that will hold a ton of people. It all wraps around your own private pool with jets [heated upon your request] in a private fenced courtyard setting.Your large group will be very comfortable here, and will enjoy their stay!

FRONT HOUSE has a spacious living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, pool-side natural gas BBQ. Never run out of gas.

BR #1 [king] adjoining private bath with spacious shower and Jacuzzi.

BR #2 sleeps four [king and double bunk] Adjoining bathroom. There's also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

CARRIAGE HOUSE DOWNSTAIRS is across the pool.

BR #3 [king] French doors open onto the pool courtyard. A large bathroom with double sinks and a large shower connect BR #3 and 4.

BR #4 [king] French doors open onto the pool courtyard.

BR #5 Is a small room with a set of single-bed bunks (sleeps 2).

CARRIAGE HOUSE UPSTAIRS overlooking the pool, has a private entrance. There's another large and comfortable living room, a second dining area for six, a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.
