INSIDE THE HOUSE
Vacation with your in-laws, your neighbors or your best friends: our unique property has two living areas, both open and welcoming, with ample seating and flat-screen TVs for those relaxing après-ski (or après-swim, après-fishing, après-whatever) moments.
And with 2 bedrooms on each floor, groups can find both privacy and togetherness here.
The living room on the main floor features rich hardwood floors and a wood-burning stove fireplace with stone surround—invite your friends downstairs for a toasty fire and hot chocolate.
The main floor also has a full kitchen, while the 2nd floor features a wet bar. Both floors have their own dining areas, as well, each with table seating for 6.
You’ll find 2 bedrooms on each floor: the master with queen-size bed and wall-mounted TV, and the guest bedroom with 2 twin beds: perfect for kids, grandkids, grandparents, cousins—you name it.
Between the patio with propane grill, and the spacious upper deck with lots of seating, there’s room for the whole group to spend time in the sun (or under the stars).
Not to boast, but ours might just be the best location in South Tahoe. With a 5-minute walk to the beach, you might as well just walk down in your bathing suit and flip-flops.
Oh, and skiing? How about a 5-minute walk to Heavenly Village and 10 minutes to the Gondola? Rent your gear right there so you don’t have to lug your skis!
Restaurants and entertainment are also within walking distance, including Heavenly Village Cinema, Base Camp Pizza, Raley's Grocery Store, and more.
THE FINE PRINT
In response to South Lake Tahoe City ordinances on short term rentals, we are operating under STVR License #00*****. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 8 people and 4 cars; over occupancy will be subject to City citation/fine, up to $2,000. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.

All Turn Key Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection policy.

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
