|4 Collier Court, Singleton Beach. This is a 6 Bedroom /6.5 Bathroom home with pool*** and spa***. Never before have homes on Hilton Head Island had a view comparable to the spectacular ocean and tidal creek salt marsh views available here.
Watch the ocean at high tide flow into the gently meandering salt marsh right at your back door. You will easily be overwhelmed at the eco-system unfolding before your eyes as you observe ibis, snowy egrets and blue heron search for food. Gaze out at miles of Hilton Head Island shoreline and ocean out into the horizon. This view is so incredible that it has resulted in whole new classification of homes. While it is not oceanfront, it is just as exciting and therefore the ""ocean view"" category has been created.
This three-story home is somewhat dated and lacks the TLC and upgrades of homes priced much higher. This property with elevator offers three king-size beds, two queen-size and two double beds. The great room takes up nearly the entire first floor with 12-foot high ceilings and four large sets of French doors along the entire rear wall facing the ocean and salt marsh. Here you are quickly transported into a fabulous setting of embracing nature. The travertine tile, impressive crown moldings and British West Indies and Asian themed décor and furnishings including a twin sleeper chair combine to help create an unforgettable reunion experience. Large rooms and great views are the highlights of this home.
The living area and dining area, with table seating 10, flow into one another with the incredible kitchen area, with a six-burner Viking Stove and grill, Sub-Zero refrigerator and granite countertops, defined by the large center island breakfast bar with seating for four. The living area offers great views, especially off the balcony area.
On the second floor is the first master suite. This suite totally extends across the entire width of the house. The view is even more breathtaking and so is the suite with a king-size bed, sitting area , bay windows, French doors leading out to a private balcony and a master bath with spa tub situated in the center of a second set of bay windows. This master also includes a wetbar, mini-refrigerator, TV, and a desk.
The second and third bedrooms, offer a queen bed and two double beds, respectively, along the front of this home each have private baths in travertine stone and French doors leading out to a standing or sitting balcony also provide a TV in each bedroom, one with a built-in DVD player.
The third floor is an exact duplicate of the second floor in layout. The fourth bedroom is the second huge master suite with a king-size bed, lovely master bath with a spa tub and private balcony accessed via French doors. The fifth and sixth bedrooms offer a king-size bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other, each with TV and private baths. Here, too, you will find a wet bar, mini-refrigerator and TV.
Outside the pool*** and spa*** are protected by the overhead ceiling of the first floor. Here you'll find lounge chairs, table and gas grill for your outdoor interests, rest and relaxation. This home (which is a one-minute walk to the beach, crabbing and shrimping) will be the value you are looking for in a large home close to the beach. 2nd row ocean at an affordable price.
Please note that you do have access to the community pools which is less than a 3 minute walk from your front door.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty.
(c) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.
(d) Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.
(e) A guest with a confirmed reservation wishing to change dates or accommodations will incur cancellation charges according to the schedule shown above.
(f) Allow 10 business days to process your refund. Guests will not receive a refund until all payments posted to their account have cleared the bank and are not in dispute.
