|Welcome to the beach at this channel front home featuring a dock for your use. The 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has an Asian-inspired feel throughout. The large outdoor patio area has plenty of seating for entertaining or relaxing after an action packed day at the beach.
Enter into the spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens into a formal dining room area on the right that has uncompromised views of the channel. Enjoy cool beach evenings in front of the fireplace in the living room. The laundry area beyond the living room leads to the downstairs bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed with large plush pillows. There is a private entrance through this room that exits into the carport area.
Three bedrooms are located upstairs. Ascend the narrow stairwell to find the first upstairs guest bedroom on the right with a twin bed. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a large window with amazing views, including peekaboo ocean view.
The master bedroom is down the hallway with a king bed. An adjacent bathroom has a separate shower and tub.
The home has two car tandem driveway parking (NO garage access). Dock tenant will access the dock through the side walkway and pass through the deck to access the dock.

Reservations. All reservations are to be completed and verified by phone and are not final until authorized by Burr White Realty. PLEASE CALL. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax, e-mail or mail, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by us shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit the deposits held by us as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00].
