INSIDE THE HOUSE
“Eclectic” is the keyword for this deluxe, ocean-view villa. As you move from room to room, the quirky artwork and decor offers a pleasant surprise around every corner, and the themed rooms will make you feel as if you’re on a romantic tour of the Mediterranean…Italy to Morrocco to the Middle East.
The galley kitchen has stainless appliances, tile countertops, wood cupboards and a door with access to the backyard garden—the perfect place to steal away for a quiet moment alone or with someone special.
The dining room is open and spacious, with a chandelier lighting the antique dining table with seating for 6. Doors from here access a stairway to the lower level and backyard.
The master bedroom downstairs is spacious and boasts large windows and a French door opening onto a balcony. The antique, 4-poster, king-size bed is perfect for a romantic holiday, and the rich, dark woods and exotic décor lend a Moroccan feel to the room.
But best of all?
There’s a hidden passage to a “secret bedroom” behind the master bedroom’s bookcase! This room feels like a Moroccan holiday, painted glossy red with plush furniture and access to the master bedroom balcony. Stairs lead to the mezzanine level with a king size bed. The open archway features a Middle-Eastern touch with hanging lanterns.
The master bathroom has a huge ornate antique mirror, long vanity with sink and a bathtub with a chandelier above.
Another queen-sized bedroom is accessed from the dining room. Next to this room is a second bathroom with a tub/shower combination, antique washstand and stone vessel sink.
Off the main entry is a smaller sleeping area with a twin bed and a 3rd en suite bathroom with an antique sink, mirror and bath tub.
NOTE: This smaller sleeping area does NOT have a door, but rather curtains for privacy.
Perched in the hilltops of Santa Monica among swaying palms and old wisteria, this house presents exotic, romantic charm. You won’t want to leave!
You should reserve some time to get out and explore, though! For fun or romance on the beach, you’re just 1 mile from Venice Beach and Boardwalk and 3 miles from Santa Monica Beach. All kinds of eateries, shopping and theaters surround this coveted area, too, from garden cafes to seafood to juice bars to wineries and just a mile away.
NOTE: This beautiful home is perched high on a hill and features a terraced backyard with several staircases. Not only will you enjoy beautiful views and lush gardens, you’ll get some exercise, too!

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
