This is a VERY spacious pool deck area where there is plenty of room for everyone to lounge, play, and relax.
In the front yard is an amazing PUTTING GREEN area - 15'x30' with 3 holes and even a 'break' and 'fringe' - 'that will keep adult golfers, and kids (think putt-putt!) entertained for hours! This area also has a PING-PONG TABLE and CUSTOM CORNHOLE BOARDS ....front yard and back yard are both there for your pure entertainment! Relax outside, enjoying the salt-air breezes, on your own playground!
The inside of the home is modern and beautiful. SEPARATE LIVING AREAS upstairs and downstairs so there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out – upstairs has an *UPDATED KITCHEN* with tiled countertops, and full-size stainless-steel appliances. A 42"PLASMA TV for comfy-viewing from both pull-out sofas. Downstairs has a full-sized fridge, sink, microwave, etc. Full-size WASHER & DRYER set on each floor! There is a new 50" PLASMA DOWNSTAIRS also - enjoy from the large sectional sofa with sleeper or the "klik-klak" (like a futon) that opens out for sleeping or lounging.

The upstairs, called "Sunrise," sleeps 12, with 2 bedrooms with queens, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, and 2 sleeper sofas in the den. Every bedroom has a flat-screen TV/DVD combo! We have thought of everything - each bathroom has tons of storage, with over-the-toilet units, ets, so everybody has room for their toiletries. Don't forget the GAMES area - stand-up 60-in-1 MS PAC-MAN machine has 60 games (Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong, etc), that will keep the kids (and maybe even the adults with those classics!!) entertained for hours. Plus tons of board games and a book library!
The downstairs, called "Sunset" sleeps 8, with 2 bedrooms with queens, 1 sleeper sofa in the den, and a large efficiency "kids/media room" with queen, daybed w/ trundle, large TV, and plenty of space to enjoy the view. Every bedroom has a flat-screen TV/DVD combo!
Beautiful OCEAN-VIEW from the entire upstairs living area which has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, and from the downstairs PORCH which is perfect for lemonade and sweet tea during the day, and playing cards in the evening enjoying the beach breezes!
After the short walk back from the beach, enjoy the ENORMOUS BEAUTIFULLY-TILED OUTDOOR SHOWER before you sit out on the downstairs porch and watch the sunset over the Atlantic while the kids play in the large yard.
North Myrtle Beach is the perfect destination, close to all the activities of the Grand Strand yet far enough away from the hustle and congestion of downtown Myrtle Beach. North Myrtle Beach has miles of pristine beaches, almost limitless golf with 120 Golf courseswithin close proximity, boating, fishing, dining, and shopping. The world-famous Barefoot Landing shopping & dining destination is only 1.5 miles South, plus further dining options are available at Restaurant Row less than 5 minutes south.
There is an outlet shopping center and the Colonial Mall just 3 miles south. The infamous Broadway at the Beach is less than 15 minutes away. Within walking distance are numerous souvenir shops, golf stores, and places to eat.
With central air conditioning and central heating, enjoy this beautiful beach getaway on a year-round basis. For your convenience, linens and towels can be rented for a small fee.
Local Information
Sounds of Summer Concert Series: Held at McLean Park (in N. Myrtle Beach at 2nd Avenue S and Oak St): On the 3rd Friday of each month, from July through September, bring a blanket, lawn chairs, food and non-alcoholic beverages and enjoy some free concerts.
Barefoot Landing: Located only 1.5 miles south, off of 48th Ave South in N. Myrtle Beach, this complex has great restaurants and entertainment -- 'TBonz Gill and Grill' Steakhouse, Greg Norman's Australian Grille,the Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, Dick's Last Resort, Damon's, Joe's Crab Shack, and tons of shopping.
Broadway at the Beach: A little over 10 miles from most of my properties in N. Myrtle Beach, this huge complex contains Planet Hollywood, Yamato's, Hard Rock Cafe, Key West Grill, Ripley's Aquarium, IMAX Theatre, and tons of shopping.

- The Wizard Gold Course - Absolutley beautiful course and winter specials. Also get the free "Gold Magazine" from the Martin's Golf Store on 17 in Crescent Beach (there's a $4 - $8 player coupon in there for the course - you can also go to their Website and print the coupon from there)
- Long Bay Club - a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course - A very nice course, located 20 minutes north of Crescent Beach on Hwy 9.
- Barefoot Landing Courses - very nice, less than 5 minutes away if you go south on Hwy 17.
- Bay Tree Golf Plantations - Search their Website for December specials - I've seen $79 for 3 days of golf!
- Heather Glen - 4 courses associated with this. Friends have played there and they said they weregreat! Located 10 minutes from Crescent Beach, December rates available for multi-course discounts.
- Wild Wing - Located on Hwy 501, 20 inutes from Crescent Beach. 4 courses share a clubhouse - $20 - $30 rates for December!
- Myrtle Beach National - Specials re-posted on their site - December: $105 for 3 rounds!
- Farmstead Course - I don't know anybody who has played this, but it is "renowned" for being one of the few courses with a Par 6 hole (the 18th hole is 767 yards!)

We are able to accept credit cards, but we do have to pass on the 3% processing fee that we charged for this service. There is no fee to pay by personal check. If you would like to pay online using your checking or savings account, through a 3rd party company we have contracted with, there is only a $4.95 fee.
