La Troza Beach House in Puerto Vallarta

Our beach house has three master bedroom suites, each with its own elegantly appointed bathroom and uncomparable ocean view. A large loft accommodates more guests, and is especially perfect for children. The kitchen features top of the line appliances, cooktop stove, refrigerator and granite countertops. Hammock under the palm trees and BBQ on the deck makes this a popular spot to hang out, play cards or enjoy the teak lounge chairs. Beach chairs and umbrellas set up daily for those who prefer sand, and kayak and snorkling equipment is on hand. All towels and linens are included, as well as daily maid and boatman services. Cook for yourself with the most unique and incredible ocean views, or have our housekeeper make wonderful Mexican dishes to your liking. La Troza is a very special property, unlike anything in the area or beyond.

Policy

La Troza is a family beach house and we do not have many rules. However, we do not allow any smoking, or use of illegal substances in the house. We are dog friendly. We also need to be aware of any guests you are inviting for the day. We do not allow more than 12 guests nightly. Please check with us for exceeding this limit with children.
