This incredible 3 story house is filled with tastefully warm and inviting decor that makes it the perfect home away from home for your beach vacation. Located just across from the beach, you can enjoy beautiful gulf views from the front balconies, relax and lounge around your own private pool in the back of the house, or strike up some friendly competition on your own sand volleyball court. This rental beach home is situated in the lovely neighborhood of Dune Allen Beach within Santa Rosa Beach. You are walking or bike riding distance from both shopping and dining. 2 beach cruiser bicycles are included!
The first floor features a dual purpose room for entertaining or sleeping. With two sets of bunk beds, a full size futon couch, a large flat screen television, an air hockey table, Nintendo GameCube and a full bathroom, this room is perfect for the kids in the family!
On the second floor you can find the main living area. There is a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens up to the dining room and spacious living room with a gulf view balcony. You can also find a queen bedroom on this floor that features a flat screen television, private bathroom, and pool view balcony.
The third floor of the house features two bedrooms. The first offers a king bed, private bath, and pool view balcony. The second bedroom is the spacious master. It features a queen bed, sitting area, flat screen television, and gulf view balcony.
