This beautifully decorated and remodeled condo is fully furnished with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit right on the gulf features The King master bedroom suite includes a luxurious bedding, a reading nook and door to the large deck. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with balcony access. This condo may be accessed by elevator or stairway. A sleeper sofa in the living room converts to providing comfortable sleeping accommodations for a total of 6. All with new tile Flooring. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled. The immaculate kitchen has newly-installed granite counter tops, top-of-the-line appliances, beautiful cabinetry and all the dishes, silverware, utensils, and small appliances you will need. Enjoy watching free DVD rentals on a flat screen TV and DVD player in living room as well as in the master bedroom. We also feature free wireless internet. We prepare for your stay, with laundry soap and dryer sheets, dish soap, paper goods to start you off , 2 beach towels all your linens and beach chair and umbrella. Sip coffee and watch the sunrise over the emerald-green waters from the private 3rd floor balcony.

Surfside features two ocean-front pools: 1 adult and 1 kiddie pool (both heated for the cooler seasons), 2 hot tubs, sunning deck, tiki bar, sauna and restrooms and a one-of-a-kind Sky-Walk taking you from the pool area directly onto the beach! How about a quick game of tennis, volleyball or basketball before breakfast?

The city of Destin is about 2 miles west with ample shopping, golfing, and eating. There are golf courses either at Seascape or 6 of Destin’s most popular courses within 4 minutes drive which is about 1 mile to the East. There are a multitude of restaurants to choose from, many of which are right on the beach! You also are just around the corner from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, the world’s largest designer outlet mall, Destin Commons, Rave Motion Pictures, Bass Pro, Big Kahunas water park and more! Just to the east is Sandstin’s Famous Baytowne Village and Choctawhatchee Bay to the north.
