This Villa is newly remodeled and furnished!! Additionally featured is a privately fenced back yard with outdoor tables, chairs and an outdoor grill. Our Master includes 1 King with a flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom is a Queen. Our Kitchen has been updated with Granite counter tops and new appliances and tiled floors, it comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. We even prepare for your stay by stocking the property with 2 beach towels, paper goods to start you off, all linens, dish washer soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, internet, beach chairs and umbrella. For your enjoyment, we have provided two coaster bicycles for riding miles of paved streets and trails in the resort.

This is located in a gated, exclusive family vacation spot! You get it all, white sand beaches, the bay, the lakes, the exciting Baytowne Wharf Village with its restaurants, live entertainment, activities and the very exclusive Marina at the Wharf, swimming pool, lighted walking and biking trails, shopping, ice-cream parlors, etc…There are a lot of fun activities for the kids, they even have Jolee Island: an island park with a pirate theme with lots of playground equipment. Or you can enjoy the many lakes in the resort for catch and release fishing. There is something for all ages from family movies on the green to concerts and nightlife of dancing and family fun. You can play on the beach all day, then party at the Baytowne Wharf Village all night.
