This upscale, beautifully decorated villa is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Sandestin. This 2 bed 2.5 bath villa is located on the second floor of the villa overlooking a beautiful view of the pond and landscaping below. Sandestin is an exclusive, highly secure and fantastic vacation spot the whole family can enjoy! You will be treated to extensive landscaping with lush flowers, trees, ponds and beautiful golf-course views. This sets the tone for our lovely villa. Relax at the neighborhood pool with new chairs or take advantage of the many small lakes and ponds to do your catch and release fishing, all you need is your pole and some bait! You will be in awe of the detail put into this property and its décor. It truly is a “Tommy Bahama” getaway! There is a fully stocked kitchen and an open breakfast bar that sits next to the dining area. This is all open to the living area and views of the back patio. The living area has a sofa and oversized chair to relax in front of the large flat screen TV or to enjoy the wireless WIFI! Upstairs you will find two exceptionally decorated bedrooms. The master contains a dark cherry wood four poster king size bed with a private bay window and gorgeous window treatments. The master bath has its own soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed as well. There is a separate bath. There is also a desk and sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft. This truly is one of our most remarkable condos.

The Turnberry Villas are a separate community within Sandestin. You get it all, white sandy beaches, the bay, the lakes, exciting Baytown Village with its restaurants, live entertainment and activities and a very exclusive Marina at the Wharf. There are lighted walking and biking trails, shopping, ice-cream parlors, and more. There is something for every one of all ages, from family movies on the green to concerts and nightlife to dancing and family fun. You can play on the beach all day and then party at the Baytowne Wharf Village all night.
