This Island offers 2 1/2 miles of pristine beach, access to 2 swimming pools, tennis, volleyball, playgrounds, fishing, fitness center and much more. All of the amenities of the Island are included in your rental....NO EXTRA CHARGES HERE! The home was completed in the Winter of 2003 and is professionally decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. Three of the bedrooms offer queen size beds, 1 bedroom offers built in bunks and the other a full size day bed. The kitchen is open to the dining room and great room for great family gatherings, all with views of the Ocean, Marsh and St. Helena Sound. The beach is only about 300 yards away. The Island is adjacent to Hunting State Park for the avid Nature Lover and only 4 miles to Fripp for the Golf enthusist. Beaufort and Parris Island are only about 20 minutes away. Enjoy awesome restuarants and the charm of this historic town. You will also enjoy the local seafood, straight from the boats. If you'd like to venture to Savannah, you will have a 60 minute drive and Charleston is 90 minutes away. Harbor Island is the ideal location for a family vacation. Parris Island is only 20 minutes away. Military families are welcomed for your loved one's graduation. We allow small crated dogs only. We have 4 beach chairs available at the beginning of each year, but we cannot promise what condition they will be in by the end of summer. We have 4 working bicycles, but each guest is responsible for maintaining them. In our storage room, we have roller blades, skim boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, floats, sand toys and a wagon to carry everything in!
