INSIDE THE HOUSE
The home’s massive Great Room is a remarkable gathering place, with high, beamed ceilings, a wall of windows overlooking an acre of private grounds, a stone gas fireplace, and plush conversation areas. Settle in with a cocktail before dinner.
There are 5 large bedrooms here—each with its own en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have king size beds, while the other three have queens. The bathrooms all have walk-in showers and bespoke vanity sinks and counters. There are also 2 convenient half bathrooms.
The flawless open kitchen is for those who take cooking seriously. Designed for gourmet chefs with two separate workstations, state-of-the-art stainless appliances—including a double gas range—and loads of counter space in immaculate marble, this kitchen allows for entertaining on a grand scale.
Serve your masterpiece in the formal dining room with seating for 6 to 8. The breakfast bar seats 4 more. Or have an intimate garden party with your group on the covered patio, surrounded by lush green landscaping. A spectacular outdoor kitchen serves as a second place to create gourmet feasts.
A media room with a large screen and projector, a second living area on the second floor, and a handsome office/ library are just a few places to settle in for reading, entertaining, relaxing, meeting, and planning.

Our property is TurnKey Rental Certified. All photos, amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate. We supply shampoo, soaps, paper products, and hotel-quality towels and linens to all our guests.
And we make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the rental with a unique lock code that we give only to you. If early check-ins or late checkouts are possible, we will let you know.
When you book, we will send you our mobile app with directions, lock code, and instructions. We’re available 24 hours a day with live help.
All Turn Key Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection insurance policy.
We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
