The Hayley House Beachside Romar #12 has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms with access to a common pool and tennis court along with a large pavilion and boardwalk to the private beach. The Pavilion has large area for activities and has grilling-BBQ grills for you eating enjoyment. The main floor offers one Master Suite, living room and dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. There is a half bath located off the hall. The living room and dining room are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with well-appointed appliances, including an ice machine. The dining room table has seating for eight. This spacious house has 2 Master Suites, one on each floor. Master Suite #1 is on the main floor located on the north side of the house and features a king-size bed with a private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. The other three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite #2 is located on the North side of the house and features a king-size bed along with a private bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom features a twin bed and a full size bed. There are ceiling fans throughout the house along with covered parking and multiple TVs and VCRs. Also, FREE DOLPHIN CRUISE, FREE CHARTER FISHING, FREE WATER PARK ADMISSION.
