Step out onto the upper or lower deck for a breath of fresh mountain air; enjoy a BBQ on the gas grill as you take in the views among the pines.
When appetites need satisfying, cook up meals in the bright, well-equipped kitchen outfitted with stylish white cabinetry and a host of modern appliances. While pots and pans simmer on the stove, grab a chair at the kitchen bar area with seating for 2.
Adjacent to the kitchen, mealtimes become a truly social occasion thanks to a large wooden dining table with space for 8 to gather and exchange stories of the day's adventures.
The feeling of cabin coziness continues in each of the 3 bedrooms. In the master bedroom, a king size bed sits on a grand, rustic timber frame. Spacious and bright, this impressive room also has its own en suite bath and offers access to the upper deck.
The 2nd bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the 3rd bedroom features a queen size bed. A queen sleeper-sofa in the living room will accommodate additional guests.
Our prime location in South Tahoe is less than 2 minutes from the Heavenly Tram and just 1.5 miles for the Heavenly Village and Stateline Casinos.
Summer months afford the perfect opportunity to take a boat out on glittering Lake Tahoe, or to head out on a challenging hike up Mount Tallac for views of the remote Desolation Wilderness.
Fancy heading out for dinner? There’s an extensive range of cafes and casual eateries nearby. Take a 2 minute drive to Himmel Haus for classic Bavarian dishes and beers, or drive 3 minutes for excellent Northern Italian cuisine at the intimate Cafe Fiore.
THE FINE PRINT
In response to City of South Lake Tahoe's ordinance on short term rentals, we are operating under STVR License #006692. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 9 people and 2 cars (enforced 24 hours per day); over occupancy or additional vehicles will result in City citation/fine of up to $1,000 + any fines assessed to the homeowner. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
