As part of our signature Lowcountry Manor Collection, this is beachfront living perfected with two expansive decks leading down to a backyard island sanctuary complete with a manicured yard, a beautiful stone patio with private *heated pool and spa, and a shady living area with an outdoor fireplace all alongside the natural dunes with swaying sea oats and palm trees. Beautifully decorated in a coastal-chic beach theme, the floor plan is open and flowing—multiple king masters on the first two floors and a fantastic "kids zone" on the third floor.
