|Listen to the seagulls and the watch the pelicans and dolphins fishing while relaxing on the dock and feel the breeze against your skin! At night, you will see more stars than you even knew existed. The peaceful calm of this “secret” Seabrook area is a dream. With four bedrooms, four full and two half baths, this large, open floor plan is perfect for large and multiple families with sleeping accommodations for up to 14 people. Windows from floor to ceiling and multiple ceiling lights throughout the home bring in ample light. Opening the windows creates a beautiful breeze throughout the home, even on the hottest of days!
As you walk into the two story foyer, you can look straight through to the back of the home and see the marsh and ocean. You can also look straight up to the second story bathed in light. To the left of the front door is a perfect area for children: a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and a double futon sofa, an en suite full bath with a walk-in shower and a bonus nook with 2 more twin beds and large ceiling lights.
Continuing on the main level, there is the elevator access (available for all guests for the main and second floor, but not from the garage), a large laundry room, a half bath and a great TV/game room with a pool table and a high top table with chairs. There is a big comfy couch and sitting area in front of a large flat screen TV. All of this faces the marsh and ocean. There is a large deck off of this room that spans the whole back of the home with a hanging swing and plenty of seating to enjoy the view.
There are two more guest bedrooms off of the TV area on this main level. Each room has a double bed. There is an en suite bath with a walk-in shower off the bedroom in the back of the home, looking out at the ocean. The deck is accessible from this room. There is another full bath (with a tub instead of a shower) just outside of the front bedroom.
Walking up the stairs brings you into the large living area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the marsh, the ocean and the horizon. The Master bedroom, with a King bed is just off of this room with more views, ceiling lights and a balcony with a seating area. There is a walk-in closet area that leads to the spacious master bath with a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub.
The kitchen is to the other side of the living area with a balcony with a large table that seats six people. There is also a large table in the kitchen that seats six people. The kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space, a wine fridge, a new Bosch dishwasher, a new refrigerator, multiple appliances and even an indoor grill cooktop! There is another half bath just outside of the kitchen. A separate formal dining area with a very large table with seating for up to 10 people is perfect for sit-down family meals!
There is ample storage under the house for bikes and kayaks, if you’d like to rent them. There is also an additional refrigerator to store extras for your large family. You can walk out to the dock from directly under or around the side of the house. There is an outdoor shower as well. The ground-level deck expands the whole width of the house with benches and Adirondack chairs for relaxing and a great gas grill. Walking out the dock to the water, you can put in your kayaks or just sit and enjoy the sun, the view and wildlife. This beautiful home is perfect for families especially with a room for parking up to 4 cars and a Seabrook Island Amenity Card is included with no additional fee! This home is a 5 min drive (10 min bike ride) to closest beach access and is also pet friendly for a dog, with a fee.
