|307 Village House, Port Royal Plantation. This attractive 2 bedroom 2 bath, 3rd floor, with elevator, villa is located in the Port Royal Plantation Area, is within easy walking distance to the beach and has access to the Devonshire pool.
This 2 bedroom villa offers a wooded view from 2 separate balconies. The great room area consists of living and dining area and kitchen. The living area offers a matching sofa, love seat and chair which provide a total of 5 recliners. A large windowed sliding glass door in the living area opens out onto your private balcony with 4 chairs and end table. At the 3rd floor level your view is the tops of oak trees and pines. For you entertainment there is a TV and DVD. The dining area offers a black dining room table and 6 matching chairs set on an area rug over a tiled floor. The adjacent kitchen is positioned to provide easy viewing into the living area.
Each of the two bedrooms offers two queen beds for a total of four queen beds in this villa. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, chest of drawers, end tables and lamps. Off of one of these two bedrooms is a second private balcony via sliding glass doors. This balcony also offers several chairs and wicker end table. Also each bedroom offers its own private bath with combination shower and tub. Also offered is a washer and dryer.
Note: The pool is approximately a 3 minute walk with the ocean and beach roughly a 5 minute walk. There is also a town park nearby that offers a children's playground and restrooms at the beach.
Please Note: there is a two dog maximum with a combined weight of 125 pounds or 1 dog not weighing over 125 pounds. There is an additional non-refundable $50 Village House Pet Registration fee per week as well as the $125 non-refundable pet fee, total of $175.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty.
(c) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.
(d) Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.
(e) A guest with a confirmed reservation wishing to change dates or accommodations will incur cancellation charges according to the schedule shown above.
(f) Allow 10 business days to process your refund. Guests will not receive a refund until all payments posted to their account have cleared the bank and are not in dispute.
