|303 Village House, Port Royal Plantation. This is a one of a kind, bright, and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner villa. With outstanding renovations and attention to every detail, this gorgeous villa will definitely provide the ""wow"" factor the moment you enter. Beautiful hard wood floors are in every room along with very chic and sophisticated furnishings while still maintaining the beach look and feel. And, conveniently, the beach park with restroom facilities is only a block away as is the pool.
The foyer has a tin and wood console with a shell lamp to welcome you to your beach vacation. The spacious living area features a large espresso colored sectional with chartreuse accent pillows and 2 chartreuse chairs. A stunning wood and mirrored buffet has a flat screen TV with a DVD Player and touches of the ""beach"" are everywhere offering comfort and just the right laid back ambiance. Sliders with brown and tan paneled drapes will take you to a private balcony with a wooded view, a table and 2 chairs.
The dining area is adjacent to the living area and offers an espresso wood table with 4 handsome corded chairs and a corded bench. Underneath the dining table lies a wonderful floral rug and above is a faux candle chandelier.
The new kitchen has subtle gray cabinets, granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances and a backsplash of gray, tan, and brown glass tiles.
A renovated hall full bath shares the hall with a laundry closet housing a stackable washer and dryer and the guest room. With flip-flops in primary colors adorning the 2 queen beds, you will not forget you are on a beach vacation. A microfiber blue legged sofa offers additional seating to watch the mounted flat screen.
The master bedroom offers a king bed with multi-colored patchwork bedding, a gray settee, sliders to another private balcony, and a flat screen TV. As an added bonus, the master bedroom also has a wet bar with a wine cooler. The private master bath has a combination shower and tub.
The complete renovation, the sophisticated décor and furnishings, the close proximity to the beach, the advantages of an end unit on the third floor with extra windows for a light and bright atmosphere, and the wooded setting all make this a very desirable vacation villa.
Please Note: there is a two dog maximum with a combined weight of 125 pounds or 1 dog not weighing over 125 pounds. There is an additional non-refundable $50 Village House Pet Registration fee per week as well as the $125 non-refundable pet fee, total of $175.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty.
(c) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.
(d) Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.
(e) A guest with a confirmed reservation wishing to change dates or accommodations will incur cancellation charges according to the schedule shown above.
(f) Allow 10 business days to process your refund. Guests will not receive a refund until all payments posted to their account have cleared the bank and are not in dispute.
