|101 Village House, Port Royal Plantation. This beautiful 2BR/2BA pet friendly villa, located just 5 minutes from the beach and beach park, is simply terrific.
As you step into the tiled entry, the first thing you notice is the plantation shuttered wall opening to a beautiful large deck with a peaceful, wooded view. There are 2 chaise lounges and dining table for six alfresco there or seating for 4 to 8 at the teak dining table off the galley style kitchen. An ultra suede soft brown sofa, cream and black leather chairs, all sitting on a cocoa colored shag type carpet.
Also, a new 55" flat screen wall mounted TV, DVD, small stereo, a ceiling fan, and numerous red and chocolate designer touches create a very delightful and charming setting. The kitchen has everything you would expect including a deluxe, ultra quiet dishwasher.
In the entryway to the master bedroom is a laundry closet with a full size stacking washer and dryer and just to your left, a combination shower and tub master bath with new oak vanity with dramatic black granite top. The bedroom offers a king bed with a Sealy Posture Pedic Mattress and, as a bonus, a daybed with a trundle which sleeps two. Also, there is a 37" mounted flat screen TV and plantations shutters, and DVD player.
The second bedroom is unique in that it has a full wet bar with a sink, refrigerator, and countertop microwave. Two queen beds with Sealy Posture Pedic Mattresses, a 37"" mounted flat screen TV, DVD, and a lovely décor of tans, chocolates, and black. There is a combination shower and tub in the private bath, a separate private entrance, and sliders out to a private deck that is surrounded by oaks and pines with 2 chaise lounges and 2 chairs.
The pool is a five-minute walk to the Devonshire complex. The new beach park offers a children's playground and comfort stations.
Please Note: there is a two dog maximum with a combined weight of 125 pounds or 1 dog not weighing over 125 pounds. There is an additional non-refundable $50 Village House Pet Registration fee per week as well as the $125 non-refundable pet fee, total of $175.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty.
(c) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.
(d) Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.
(e) A guest with a confirmed reservation wishing to change dates or accommodations will incur cancellation charges according to the schedule shown above.
(f) Allow 10 business days to process your refund. Guests will not receive a refund until all payments posted to their account have cleared the bank and are not in dispute.
