This caribbean Beach House is located on the best stretch of Sint Maarten / St. Martin, nestled at but slightly elevated above the prestigious and quiet Dawn Beach, you will enjoy gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean and the neighboring island St. Barths from Caribbean Beach Paradise.

Bathe in the sun and enjoy your vacation in the Caribbean Ocean Breeze from the deck, or enjoy the infinity pool that stretches out towards the ocean and the sky. The two Diamond Brite coated pools have LED lights that bathe the water in the same nice turqouise colors as the ocean.

The home is furnished and decorated in a vibrant Caribbean style providing the perfect atmosphere to your beach destination vacation in a luxorious villa. Enjoy your meals outdoors while watching the picturesque sunrise and moonrise in the ocean or indoors surrounded by friends and family. At night fall, LED lights cast a relaxing, almost candle like glow over the villa lulling you to unwind while the ocean continues its song close by. Equipped with every modern amenity you need to enjoy your luxurious retreat, this Villa is easily adjustable to accommodate any number of guests. All together it can be rented as a beach villa with up to 9 bedrooms. A private pool and pooldeck can be arranged. As there are several units with private kitchen and living area, our visitors include just one person, couples, and groups up to 30 people (incl. children more than 2 in one bedroom).

Several units have a studio with the advantage of 24 hours cold drinks and icemaker and making breakfast and snacks independend from the group. If the studio is used permanently as bedroom you will get a regular orthopedic queensize mattress.

Private 4-bedroom villa next door with its own pool can be rented as well - it is known as OCEAN BEACH PARADISE.

Both villas CARIBBEAN BEACH PARADISE and OCEAN BEACH PARADISE belong to the property TROPICAL BEACH PARADISE.

Great waterfront restaurants, diving, fishing, boat charter and day trips to neighboring islands like St. Barth, Anguilla, Tintamare, Green Key,  Pinel, Saba are waiting to be explored by you, and our semi-private beach at the edge of the  Dawn Beach invites you to enjoy white sand and clear ocean water. 

Dawn Beach

Dawn Beach is one of the best Beaches in the Caribbean and in St. Maarten /St. Martin. Enjoy the best snorkeling from the beach, without having to use an extra boat. You will find beautiful, colorful fishes and live corals often missed during expensive boat trips to other places. Unlike other coasts, this Caribbean Beach has clear and clean fabulously colored ocean water and gorgeous views of the neighboring islands. The beautiful white-beige Caribbean beach sand stems from the coral reef in front of Dawn Beach. Guests have said: "We've been to Hawaii, Florida, Puerto Rico and many other islands but this beach has the best color!" A part of our property belongs to Dawn Beach giving you the luxury of a partially private beach. Unlike the crowded north side, this part of the beach is quiet during all seasons. You can relax any time without the interruptions of motor boats and air planes. Thanks to our private beach access, a few steps lead directly to the sand; where you and your family and friends can swim in the Ocean at one of the best beaches in the CARIBBEAN - Dawn Beach in Oyster Pond - Sint Maarten Dutch Caribbean - the former Netherlands Antilles.

There are private beach chairs and umbrellas for the guests of Caribbean Beach Paradise and Ocean Beach Paradise. This part of Dawn Beach is semi-private and always secluded even in the holiday season.

Layout:

If you are renting the First Floor then you can get a private pool deck in front of it.

The First Floor: 2 bathrooms – 1 bedroom, 1 apartment with sliding wall and 1 studio. It can sleep 4 - 10 people.

The Second Floor: 2 bathrooms – 1 bedroom and 2 studios. It can sleep 4 - 8 people.

The Ground Floor: has 2 bathrooms, 1 studio and 3 bedrooms.  Two of the bedrooms have 2 beds (kingsize + futon or queensize and queensize sofa bed) and a sliding wall in the middle. The Ground Floor can sleep 6 - 14 people.

I've been home 1 week and am ready to go back! 6 couples went the week of May 14-21, 2011. We had a ball. Hans is a wonderful host and now a great friend. There are plenty of manisons on the island that are 2 to 4 times more in price, and maybe more glamorous. But none more like your own paradise as this villa. Just steps from the ocean. The pools are wonderful and the accomodations should please any traveler! All 12 of us had a great time! We felt very safe! The drive is gated, there are safes for each bedroom. There is an alarm system. And for an added bonus Hans has 2 wonderful dogs that sleep by the gate from the beach. Hans was so acommodating when I told him the wrong week of our travel. He was great to work with and always there at his door when I knocked to answer any of our questions. There are beach bars within walking distance. Mr. Busby is just a quick walk or drive and they have the best pizza on the island. The westin on the other side has more refined eating, that is very good, plus they have a casino for those who want to do a little gambling. It really is PARADISE. The pictures dont do it justice. Thank Hans for the use of your wonderful villa. We will be back!!

We spent a week at the end of October at the Tropical Beach Paradise and our stay was marvelous.  Mr. Hans was a great host.  He welcomed us with his special Aloes Vera cocktail and was discrete and helpful throughout our stay.  The location and the view are unbeatable.  This our first and for sure not last time in St Martin.  We are a family of 3 but this villa could accommodate families or groups of 10-15 without any problems.  We highly recommend this property.

Staying at the Caribbean beach paradise was a dream vacation for me and my 3 daughters.
Everything was available for us to enjoy with every amenity you could think of and Hans was always on top of things being more than attentive and wanting our experience to be excellent, if we had any questions or concerns, Hans was there!
The property is located on a quiet stretch of beach and the pool was always warm...... not to mention the Jacuzzi that complimented our daily swims.  The maintenance was exceptional and the condo was kept well clean by our sweetie Pauline.
We have been to St. Maarten before and hope to return to Caribbean Beach Paradise.
