This quiet residential seaside community is as beautiful as its name. Nestled on the foot of the San Joaquin Hills and fronting the Pacific Ocean. Corona del Mar ranges along a bluff at the south end of Newport Beach and includes some of Orange County's most prestigious residential areas. When you walk through the front doors of this unique and classy vacation home you are greeted by a spacious modern living room and large balcony with BBQ that overlooks a post-card like picturesque setting with colorful flower arrangements, palm trees, a small park, and the historic Goldenrod Footbridge that leads to Ocean Ave. and Corona del Mar Beach. The living area features vaulted ceilings, comfortable couches, a nice dining room set with seating for 8 people, a gas fireplace, and a wide-screen plasma TV. There is a full-serve kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, cutlery, and glassware. There is also wireless internet available throughout this vacation home. Upstairs on the second floor you are welcomed by another spacious living room / den area with more comfortable couches, a wide-screen plasma TV and 2nd floor balcony overlooking the same beautiful setting we described in the previous paragraph. This unique vacation home features a master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed and wide-screen plasma TV. There is also a nice private patio off the master bedroom. The master bath and vanity features beautiful tile and marble countertops. There is also a modern Jacuzzi tub for you to wind-down and relax in at the end of each day! The spacious guest bedroom on the first floor features a queen sized bed, its own bathroom and a wide-screen plasma TV. The third bedroom is an over-sized loft on the third level of this vacation home with 2 twin sized beds and a lot of privacy - perfect for kids! This property also has plenty of parking with a garage and guest parking area. The village of Corona del Mar offers a unique selection of quaint shops and a variety of wonderful restaurants. We are also conveniently located just minutes from world-class shopping at Fashion Island and Balboa Island, Laguna Beach is just a short 5-minute drive to the south, Newport Beach is 5 minutes to the north, and the Happiest Place on Earth - Disneyland is only a 20 minute drive. ACTIVITIES: Balboa Island is a bike ride away from the Villa where you can view the marina and have access to another beach, more restaurants, and of course more shopping. From Balboa Island you can take a ferry ride to the Balboa Peninsula where you will find the Balboa Fun Zone (arcades, Ferris wheel, merry-go-round, and more). From the Peninsula, you can take the Catalina Express Boat to Catalina Island! GOLFERS: For golfers, the renowned Pelican Hills Golf Course, home of two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, is located only 5 minutes away from THE BEACH: Big Corona del Mar beach is on the ocean and Little Corona del Mar beach is on the bay. Both are blocks away by foot. Crystal Cove State Beach stretches from Corona del Mar to Laguna Beach. It is about a mile away. By foot it is an interesting walk past the Corona del Mar Village shops. By car it is a very short drive. SHOPPERS: While for SHOPPERS, FASHION ISLAND shops are less than a mile and half away and offers some of the best shopping in Southern California along with restaurants, and movie theaters.

Cancellations. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax or email, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by NBVP shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit all rental deposits held by NBVP as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00]. If you have purchased travel insurance, please refer to their guidelines regarding coverage on cancellations. There will be no refunds for early departure.
