We have a management company that handles the rental details once you decide to reserve. Deposit is half the rental price and is deposited into a real estate trust escrow account. They will also check you in and out plus are available should any service need for the condo arise.
The availability calendar is kept current, feel free to check it for open times.
We have no booking fees, the only cost is the rental price and tax. The only other possible cost is the linen package if you wish to rent linens. Most renters bring their own to save this expense.
The condo is pet friendly for well-behaved pets September through May. We're sorry, but home owner association rules do not allow pets during the summer months.
The condo has a wonderful, direct oceanfront view from 2 balconies, one on the master bedroom and the other balcony is in the living room. Condo is decorated in "beachy colors" and very well maintained. It is located in the beautiful Tilghman Racket and Beach Club Property just a block off of main stree in North Myrtle Beach. The building has elevator and luggage carts.
The living room has been upgraded with a new sleep sofa, recliner, and chair, along with tile floors and a colorful area rug.
Our condo is decorated in light "beachy colors" and shows off the beautiful direct oceanfront view from the living room and master bedroom. Each Spring and Fall the owners will spend a week doing a deep cleaning and then after each rental the management company has a staff to professionally clean the condo. The grounds are immaculately maintained. There are two pools and two tennis courts on the property that are available for use by our guests. The property is just a block and a half from Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. There is so much to do and see at walking distance! North Myrtle Beach is the home of Shag Dancing and our condo is a perfect location for all Shag-related events.
The condo was completely renovated, with new appliances, paint, carpet, and furniture and is very well maintained. The kitchen has a new granite counter top, an undermount sink, and a garbage disposal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
The bedrooms are set up for multiple family use. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed from which you can watch the sun rise from the balcony. It also has its own private bath and shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed in it with a bathroom located right down the hall. The hall bathroom has a vanity and full sized tub and shower. This bedroom has a closet has a mirror, and a double dresser for storing plenty of clothes.
The third bedroom is located at the entrance area of the condo and has two single beds. The bedroom has a small closet as well as double dresser for storing clothes. There is also a half bath in this bedroom.
The condo is approximately 4 miles north of Barefoot landing and 7 miles from Broadway at the beach. Downtown North Myrtle Beach offers so much to see and do. It is still a small downtown area, but it has great restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and bike rentals.
Great location for shopping and restaurants, plus Myrtle Beach offers over 100 great golf courses, including miniature golf. Wonderful family vacation area with beautiful, clean beaches. This condo is ideally located for North Myrtle Beach Shag events. The beach is clean and has daily cleaning during the high season. The sand is packed and makes for a great place to ride a bike and go for a walk. The area is perfect for family and group vacations. There is so much to do including: mini golf, movies at the IMAX theater, Ripley's Aquarium, The Alabama Theater, The Palace Theater, and The Legends Show.
We love staying at our condo and so you will find it's not just a vacation rental but our get away home so you will see pride of ownership. We are constantly trying to improve and keep the condo updated. We take pride in our place and know you would enjoy your time at our home away from home.
