For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. "Our 19 stay at Waikiki Park Heights
Overall very satisfactory. On arrival we could not get into the building and there was no one to greet us. As well maintenance of our unit seems to have been neglected for sometime. Leaking toilet; missing stopper in bathroom sink; loose cabinet doors; loose chair feet; closet door out of rails; burned out lights etc. Also some equipment missing or needing replacement ie. laundry basket; broom; pillows for sundeck chairs; useable cooking pot. Most of these problems were resolved to our satisfaction. "

"Needs a good cleaning...badly
this unit needs quite a lot of repair, maintenance and deep cleaning. The sofa has holes in it and it quite dirty. the wall has a 5 ft gash in it that is peeling, there is a cabinet door hanging in the kitchen and more... I notified the management but never got a response. The rent just keeps climbing but there is no improvement. We have now moved to bigger unit with another company...and saved $600.00"

We've spent more than a month with my wife and son and would be happy to spend one more year here. Waikiki was great and this apartment is in one of the best location to get access to everything you need in just 5-10 min.

"Best Condo Ever!
Location, location, location. I walked everywhere. ,even to Diamondhead at sunrise hiked and walked back beach route. My family stayed at Hale Koa (military') and I was able to dash around with ease ...nonstop adventures every other day. We hiked Konahead Stairs ,fly to Maui and the BIG ISLAND! Volcanoes and black sand beaches. I stayed 12/3-12/13. The unit was clean loved the walk in shower and SO WILL YOU! As this was a solo trip and on my bucket list. The tv is a LIL tricky but you will get the hang on it. Thanks Captain Cook! You were very helpful ,"

"Amazing views and best sofa bed lol!
My family of four (2kids 8 & 11yrs old) stayed here for a week. Dealing with Capt Cook Real Estate was very quick, easy and professional.

We were met by property manager Barbara (contacted her prior) at the lobby and she then showed us the unit. Gave us instructions on how to use the tv etc.

The bedroom had a king bed, tv, cupboards and enough space to store our luggages. The living space had a 4 seater dining table and awesome sofa bed (the easiest and the most comfortable sofa bed ever!), nice modern kitchen that I used to make breakfast. The shower was nice and big and had separate toilet, we were provided with beach towels and ample of towels. As requested, they also kindly provided us with a single folded mattress as my kids prefers sleeping on their own bed. With clean sheets (inc pillow cases and blankets). I’m very happy that the unit was very clean and the vacuum cleaner was handy to use during our stay.

The beach gears (chairs, umbrella and boogie boards) was really good to have for beach days. This was in the balcony along with 3 chairs and table which we used when we ate breakfast and enjoyed the wonderful view.

The view was the most amazing thing about this unit. You could see the surfers! The best view hands down! And the mountain view at the entrance of the unit when going to the lift.

Location was central and only 5 mins walk to the beach. Very close to food pantry (grocery store), our favourite eatery international street food - Blue Water Shrimp & Seafood. Bus stop is also only 2 mins walk. We used the bus for $5 all day pass to go to Ala Moana Shopping and also Pearl Harbour (USS Arizona Memorial). We rented a car for a couple of days through Budget at International Market Place (less than 5 mins walk) and parked our car overnight for $20+taxes.

We used the pool once which was located at 4th floor. It was just a quick dip as we already spent a day in Waikiki Beach.

It was very good. The unit was almost exactly as pictured, Furniture a little different but just as good. Very clean even though we had to check in a little later due to the previous guest leaving a mess. Had a great time. Very close to everything. Most everything within walking distance. "Enjoyable Vacation
This was our second time renting at Waikiki Park Heights. We had a different unit this time and it was just perfect. Everything was clean and we enjoyed being able to have a leisurely breakfast using the fully equipped kitchen rather than having to walk to a restaurant. Everything is convenient at this location - buses, Shaka Tours (which we highly recommend), restaurants, grocery store, and farmer's markets. We also very much appreciated the late check-out since our flight home was later in the evening."

"Relaxing Hawaii Holiday
We had booked our apt the night prior to our arrival in Honolulu at 7 30am , we arrived at accommodation and had to wait nearly an hour for someone to take us to the apt, there was some misunderstanding as to which Property Manager was meant to meet us. So after a 9 hour flight and paying for an additional night's accommodation it wasnt a great start for us. We were shown to our apt , showed how the tv works, and the layout of the apt but nothing else. We had stayed in Apt 1511 3 years ago which we found to be a more modern unit.
The location to the main beach and shopping is great with buses within walking distance. A very relaxing holiday if somewhat a shaky start. "

"A great location with a sea view
The condo was close to the Waikiki shops and had a sea view which was a real bonus. Small but had everything we needed. It has a huge shower which was great after a day on the beach. The sofa was not the most comfortable - it would benefit from a topper pad of some sort. Apart from that we enjoyed staying here and would be keen to stay again."

"Amazing
From the moment we arrived until the time we left the holiday was amazing. The suite was clean, comfortable, a great location and Barbara was fabulous. "Most of the experience was great
It was a lovely rental for the most part. Everything was there( please have sharp knives and a pair of working scissors) The beach chairs and plenty of towels made it so convenient.
One complaint - The TV in the bedroom was badly placed and proved quite dangerous. Hit our head hard a few times getting up to the bathroom at night.
A queen bed would work better placed horizontal to the window facing the TV.
But on the whole we loved the suite and would rent the same suite again.
As usual Barbara looked after us well."

"I want to live here
Fantastic location, bright & modern. The building is setback from the street, so pretty quiet, with bus stop very close. The condo was spotless and very clean. Kitchen was great, with a full size fridge! Roomy condo for 2 people, would be squeezy with 4. Property manager (Barbara) was very helpful. The only negative (being really picky) is the Laundry in coin-op, which is fine, but there is no change machine so you need to collect your quarters. #1705 felt like home, I could live here. Would definitely stay here again on my next holiday to Waikiki. Highly recommended."

"Great apartment
Lovely apartment with great views, all within an easy five minute walk to both the beach and shops/restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every afternoon taking in the street and beach views.

The bed was comfy, and apartment was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of towels, and we appreciated having access to a communal laundry.

My parents were staying across the street in another motel, and found there to be quite a bit of street noise during the night. Our apartment however was set back far enough so that we did not experience this.

There really were no negatives to this apartment, and we would definitely recommend staying here!"

"A break from the cold!
Awsome experience , the apartment was only two blocks away from everything, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay, clean and modern, with plenty of linen/towels for the 3 of us for the 7 days we were there. Catch a bus to anywhere from out the front & if you don't want to use the kitchen the choice of restaurants was excellent. My only downside to this experience was the fold out bed for our son he found it uncomfortable &I had to use the inflatable mattress"
