There is an extra charge of $40 per person per night for individuals 12 years and over for any additional person above the designated numbers of vacationers (2 for Beach Loft; 4 for 2 Bedroom Beach House and 6 for 3 Bedroom BeachHouse).

There is an extra $50 for rollaway beds. Two maximum additional persons can be accommodated either in the 2 or 3 Bedroom Beach House.

Beachfront / oceanfront accommodations have additional rental charges as follows: 1 Bedroom Loft $50/nt or $ 280/week; 2 Bedroom Beach House $75/nt or $320/week; 3 Bedroom Beach House $125/nt or $380/week.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

For all travel periods except peak season, payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Room reservations will be cancelled in the event of non-payment.

No refunds will be available for no shows, late arrival or early departure. Should the guest decide to cancel, a minimum of 60 days notice is required prior to arrival for a full refund, minus a US$100 administrative fee. 50% refunds will be granted for cancellations 45-59 days prior to arrival. All cancellations 44 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

For Peak dates, cancellations received after October 1st are non refundable.

Hopkins Bay Belize offers 57 air-conditioned luxury accommodations with private baths and furnished balconies or patios with sea views. The 2 & 3- bedroom beach houses are individually decorated and furnished with fully equipped modern gourmet kitchens, and separate sitting areas. All the Hopkins Bay Beach Houses have flat screen TV’s with premium cable and free movie channels, complimentary high-speed wireless internet and safes.

Housekeeping is offered daily and wake-up calls can be requested. Additional Charges: Payment for extra bedding-$50 and person-$40 in room, beachfront upgrade varies. The hotel also provides reception and Barbecue area as well as Beach barbecues with live drumming and dancing on select nights for your enjoyment!
