Kiawah Island is a secluded island on the coast of South Carolina just 20 miles South of Charleston. It is a wildlife reserve and offers 10 miles of white sandy beaches and 20 miles of paved bike trails.
Quietly located in a cul-de-sac and nestled among oak-and palm trees this premier rental home offers magnificent views on Cougar Point golf course and surrounding lagoons. It is just minutes from the beach and in-between the island’s East Village and West Village.
The interior features windowed walls and hardwood flooring throughout.The superb view provides the focal point for the newly furnished modern living room with LCD TV, while the vaulted ceiling with skylights gives the room an open and airy feeling with lots of sunlight. The living room also has deck access and a fireplace. WiFi internet access is available thoughout the house.
The fully equipped kitchen has a center island with cooktops and vegetable sink. The breakfast area is the perfect place to start the day. Washer and dryer are also located here.
A separate dining room with French doors opens onto the screened porch.
