(The house sits right in front of the beach access, which makes it unique. Most homes, although they appear to be directly on the beach, do not have beach access since you may not walk on the dunes but must access the beach at an access point.)
If you don't want to take the stairs you can take the elevator. Don't worry how the older folks will get around or hauling groceries upstairs! Three separate living areas and two sets of washers and dryers can accommodate several families.
Open the French doors off the huge balconies and take in the panorama of Navarre Beach's sugar white sand, the Gulf's emerald green water, and the deep blue water of the Sound. If you want a beach experience - this is your house! Perfect for weddings, too!

Policy
Check-in: Check-in is 4:00 P.M., Central Time or later. Occasionally delays may occur.
Check-out: Check out is no later than 10:00 A.M., Central Time. Please be courteous and depart on time, so we can prepare for the next guest’s arrival. Be sure all doors and windows are closed to protect against inclement weather. Please remove kitchen trash to the outside containers and load and start the dishwasher, we are grateful for your help.
Advance Payment: A minimum 50% advance payment and non-refundable processing fee are required within seven days from the time you make your reservation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, money orders, or personal checks if received at least 30 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation is less than 30 days from an arrival date, we must receive your deposit within 48 hours, or the reservation will be canceled. All rates are subject to applicable Florida State and local sales tax.
Balance Due: The balance is due 90 days before your arrival date. We must receive final payment 90 days prior to your arrival date by cashier’s check, traveler’s check, money order, or personal check. Please note that we will not accept payment by personal check for the balance due within 30 days of your arrival date. If the balance due is paid by credit card, the amount will be automatically charged to your credit card on file 90 days prior to your arrival unless you have elected to mail some other form of payment prior to the due date.
Damage Deposit: A credit card must be held on file for a damage deposit. If any damages or other violations are discovered after your departure, your credit card will be charged for the actual amount. Cancellation or Reservation Changes: No cancellations allowed. Reservation changes are allowed if made within 90 days of the date of stay. . Adding days to your reservation is considered a change. There are no refunds or credits given due to inclement weather or for early departures or late arrivals.
Reservations: Each rental property lists the maximum occupancy - this is the maximum number of persons who may occupy the rental property. We will not rent to persons under the age of 25 years or vacationing students. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent during the entire stay. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment and a possible demand to vacate the premises.
Pets: Pets, of any kind, are not allowed in your rental property or on the premises. If there is evidence of any kind of pet in a rental property or on the premise, a damage charge will be incurred, and you will be asked to board your pet. We will be pleased to recommend boarding facilities for your pet if necessary.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. If there is any evidence of smoking in the rental property, a damage charge will be incurred due to the extensive cleaning required. Automobiles: Automobiles must be parked off the street. Community streets must always remain clear for emergency vehicles. Please lock your car and property when unoccupied. Some rental properties have a maximum number of vehicles that are allowed.
Recreation and Activity Recommendations: For those looking for adventure, we can recommend deep sea fishing charters and dolphin or glass-bottom boat excursions, or take a guided kayak tour on a coastal dune lake or bike through quiet pine forests or on the paved bike path that parallels the beach. We can direct you to several bike rental companies in the area. For the avid golfer, there are over 250 holes of exciting golf located within a 30-minute drive. For those needing relaxation, several Day Spas are in the area.
Rental Property Furnishings: Most rental properties come completely furnished with fully equipped kitchens, color cable or satellite TV, telephone, one set of linens per bed and one set of towels per bathroom and either a washer and dryer in the property or located on the property. Beach towels are not provided. Rates include housekeeping service only upon departure. Please note that no refunds or discounts are given on household appliance or utilities failures. Destin Luxury Real Estate Vacations and/ or Vacation Luxuries Unlimited will use its best efforts to quickly resolve any appliance or utility failures.
Life’s Little Necessities: For your convenience, we have provided a starter supply of household items such as bath soap, bath gel, shampoo, bath tissue, paper towel, and garbage bags.
Personal Items Left Behind: Destin Luxury Real Estate Vacations, Vacation Luxuries Unlimited or the rental property owner is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. However, if notified and/or found within a reasonable time, we will be happy to ship them to you COD.
