Policy

A minimum of 50% advanced rent payment is required at the time you make your reservation. The final 50% rent is due 2 weeks before your day of arrival. Once payment is received, we will mail you a confirmation letter with a confirmation number.

For those properties that do allow pets, the pet fees are NOT included in online totals. These fees will be added in to any correlating reservation once we have been notified of the pet(s). You MUST mention the desire to bring pets when you inquire on a property.

All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Your prepaid rent, less the cancellation fee, will be returned if the reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to the arrival date.

We rent to families and responsible adults only. Paradise Beach Home’s properties will not be rented to anyone under the age of 25. No children will be allowed to check in without their parents. Reservations made under false pretenses will result in eviction, forfeiture of the total amount of the prepaid rent, and any additional charges incurred.

The rates published to NOT include 11.5% sales tax, departure cleaning fee, damage waiver, and reservation fee. To get an exact total please do not hesitate to contact our office. Thank you!
