Top Level has open & spacious living area (with a 3-sided gas fireplace), gourmet kitchen, dining area, lots of sitting areas for reading and great views, another large screen TV and computer nook (w/access to HiSpeed Internet). A separate sports bar boasts with a 3 TV's, a beverage refrigerator, microwave and lots of seating. The house is topped off with a crows nest with outstanding ocean and sound views that can be appreciated while lounging in the hot tub!
