|Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath house on one of the flower streets of Corona Del Mar boasts views of the ocean and bay from its front patio, plus a quaint side patio for private outdoor enjoyment.
Prepare meals in a newly remodeled kitchen or treat yourself to a dinner out at one of several world-class restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Shops are also nearby and a secluded beach is just a half-block from home.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
The comfortable living space has a breezy, Californian feel thanks to its elegant décor and wide glass patio doors that let in plenty of light. Relax on the sofa and watch a show on the 47-inch HDTV, which comes complete with cable and TiVo. On chillier evenings turn on the gas fireplace for a romantic night in.
Vacationers who need to check in with the office will appreciate the relaxed second living area which doubles as an office with its own desk and printer. The couch here pulls out into a queen-size bed.
Our kitchen is newly remodeled, with gleaming quartz countertops, a bar, island and high-end stainless steel appliances including a gas range. The perfect place to prepare delicious meals from the fresh produce you buy at the nearby farmer’s market!
Enjoy your meals at the table in the dining area, or eat al fresco in either of the two seating areas on the fabulous front patio.
Our house has 2 bedrooms. The spacious master has a king-size bed, 40-inch HDTV, and its own en-suite bath with step-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, and second full bath serves additional guests.
Please note there is no air conditioning for this home.
We’re steps away from the beautiful beaches of Corona Del Mar, including local favorite China Cove.
You’ll also find lots of excellent dining options and shopping within 10 minutes’ walk of the house along East Coast Highway. Try Port Restaurant and Bar for continental fare on the patio or Summer House for American eats in beach cottage digs.
As for things to do in Orange County, how about taking the kids on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, less than half-an-hour’s drive
away? Or drive up and down the coast, relaxing on all the beaches as you go!

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
