Great location that is only a few blocks from the beach. Very good surfing location and just steps to the boardwalk for a short ride on bikes to the Newport Pier. At the shoreline, there are jetties spread out along the coast and from viewing crabs to walking along the rocks, these formations are fun to explore. Northwest some blocks of this property is the West Newport Park that is made up of a number of playground equipment, grassy areas with picnic tables and grills, handball courts, tennis courts and a basketball court.

Close to all Southern California attractions such as Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. Enjoy shopping and fine dining at South Coast Plaza or Fashion Island. Laguna Beach is just a short drive south on historic Pacific Coast Highway or travel north to "Surf City" Huntington Beach. Easy access to all major freeways.
