Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease.
• The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guest’s credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card.

Cancellation Policy

• In the event of cancellation, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease.
• The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, minus a $300 administration fee for rebooking.
• Travel insurance is recommended for anyone who is unsure whether they may need to cancel.
