Shuttle service to and from beach via large golf carts are complimentary. Rosemary Beach is a great place to walk to in the evening, great restaurants, shops, and our kids favorite the Sugar Shak where you can get an ice cream and candy. Bike rentals are also available here. A short drive to communities such as Seagrove, Seaside, and WaterColor are also great to visit.
This home accommodates 12 comfortably - two king, one queen, one bunk, one twin, one full, and one twin trundle. Also, one twin rollaway and one twin sofa sleeper pullout. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom has its own TV and full bath. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and entertainment needs. Family room very comfortable with large TV, CD, and VHS/DVD player. Also, we offer DSL for your lap tops. Surround sound throughout the house (bring your favorite CDs). Parking for cars.
Only family rentals are allowed in Vacation Home Manager LLC properties. No units will be rented to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25, unless they are accompanied by an adult guardian or parent who remains in the unit for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretenses may be subject to forfeiture of advance rental payments and/or security/damage deposit. Pets- because the house is all wood flooring, Red Rooster does not allow pets.
