1502 Calypso is a brand new luxury condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 2 bedroom, 1 bunk room, 2 bathroom, 1300 sq/ft beach condo is large enough to accommodate large families comfortably. Tile flooring, granite counter tops ,new appliances, luxury decor and a large open layout sets this beach front condo apart from the rest.
Your accommodations in Paradise include a Gulf front Master with King Size Bed, Walk-in closet and sliding glass doors to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with direct access to the hall bath. The Third Bedroom is a bunk room that is perfect for kids and offers bunk beds and a dresser. The spacious living area has a sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, entertainment center with TV and Private Balcony Entrance. The Master Bath houses a tub and shower combo. The Second Bathroom houses a combination Tub/Shower. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a blender for those frozen concoctions. The Dining Area has a Table with Seating for 6. There are also 3 bar stools at the bar area in the kitchen.

Cancellation Policy
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
