The Master has a king bed, walk in closet, double shower, Jacuzzi private balcony. 2 bedrooms have 1 king bed each w/own garden bath. 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds each w/own garden bath. Full kitchen with dinning and living room area Rustic furnishings from Guadalajara bring the fresh Mexico feel to life.

If you want to cook for yourself, there is a large grocery store in La Paz. Or dine at the nearby restaurants:

• El Cardon - just a short walk on the beach - Mexican fare moderately priced breakfast, lunch & dinner & drinks  
• The Train Room - steps from the hosue - Moderate prices meals and full bar. Just steps from the house.

• Windsurfing and kite boarding 20 min. down the road at La Ventanas. season is aprox December to March 
• Scuba dive master available 
• Deep sea fishing you can be picked up on beach in front of the house:   Aprox $200 US plus bait and tip. 3 people to an open panga, Super panga with shade cover $250, Large 23' fishing boat twin engines and boat captain $450 per day 
• Skin diving & snorkeling - $150 for 3 people

• Private Landing air strip 5 min from the property (no services) 
• Las Arenas airport LAR 5,000 feet runway,  with a windsock, no fees you can find it off the LAP VOR on the 090 radial
