The "C's" is everything a beach house should be and more with 2 of everything!At 2000sq. ft, this is the roomiest Village house we have! There is room for everyone in this two-story cutie... The downstairs living area has a small but very functional full kitchen, large living room, 2 bedrooms, full bath and an enclosed sunroom!The downstairs sunroom is charming with lots of windows to let in the light. Open the windows and let the fresh sea breeze in while you read and relax... The "kids" room opens to the enclosed sunroom! The second downstairs bedroom is large with an attached bath. The "C's" is GREAT for 2 families!! The winding staircase leads you to the second floor with 2 more bedrooms, 2 decks, large living room with wood burning stove, full kitchen, another full bath and a laundry room! The views don't get any better than this! The kids can walk to the old-fashioned "Mom & Pop" store or to the dunes, beach and tide pools... The beach is just a short 5 minute walk from the "C's"! Get cozy by the wood burning stove! The upstairs table opens to seating for twelve with great views of the beach, dunes and Pacific. The second kitchen is a perfect size for serving up your catch of the day! There are 2 bedrooms and an outside deck off of the large living room. Did we mention the New Game Room with Pool table??!!! Everything in this house was designed for vacationing pleasure!

- All other holidays 3 night minimum: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's day
- Prices are all inclusive - No Hidden Fees (The Pet fee is the only additional fee)
- Pet Fee - A one-time $70.00 per dog in dog-friendly homes
- Linen Rental - House linens will include; sheets, bath towels, pillow cases, wash clothes, hand towels. Not supplied are kitchen towels and beach towels.
