Immediately upon opening the door to this second floor retreat (serviced by an elevator), you'll be delighted by what greets the eye. Beautiful natural heart of pine floors, rich tapestries, natural wicker, plush earth tone couches and chairs, unique florals, sisal throws, and Mediterranean-style lamps all contribute to making this villa a candidate for one of the most beautifully decorated villas on Hilton Head Island.
The great-room living area has a 50"" Panasonic High Definition TV, Bose DVD, CD player/radio and speakers. Extending beyond is a mosaic table with chairs near the wall of windows displaying a view of Calibogue Sound, as a third sitting area, with a couch and chairs, stretches the length of the villa, to the dining area that seats six. The gourmet kitchen, which joins both the dining area and great-room, shares the view of Calibogue Sound and offers new stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops and new cabinetry.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed beautifully set up duvet and Matelassé coverlet, with sitting area offering a new chair and reading light, a brand new high definition television, DVD player and private bath with granite showers and new designer mirrors, faucets and granite vanity. A second bedroom offers two twin beds and TV. A full hall bath with granite floors and vanity tops services this bedroom along with the third bedroom that has a queen-size bed, wall-mounted TV and VCR. Various limited views of the pool can be seen from all three bedrooms. A full size washer and dryer are found in the hall closet.
The large, sunny pool is just steps away complete with many lounge chairs and tables available for rest and rejuvenation. Also less than a minute away is the famous Harbour Town Marina. A walk around the harbor will bring you to this famous collection of restaurants, shops and lighthouse. The Sea Pines Beach Club may be accessed by bike, car or the Sea Pines Trolley.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty.
(c) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.
(d) Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.
(e) A guest with a confirmed reservation wishing to change dates or accommodations will incur cancellation charges according to the schedule shown above.
(f) Allow 10 business days to process your refund. Guests will not receive a refund until all payments posted to their account have cleared the bank and are not in dispute.
