The sophisticated yet beach friendly décor and an undeniable feeling of tranquility add the perfect ingredients making this home a paradise you will never want to leave. In addition, there is a large community pool and 4 tennis courts located across a picturesque lagoon and arched bridge. A trolley is also available to carry you to the Sea Pines Beach Club or the Harbour Town Marina.
Views, views, views from the moment you enter the attractive entryway through to the large vaulted and beamed great room with fabulous hardwood floors and a blue and tan decor. A handsome tan sectional and 2 leather chairs provide comfortable seating to take in the views and to watch the large flat screen mounted above the decorative fireplace. A wall of windows and white washed wood furniture, shell lamps, and other ocean inspired accessories never let you forget you are basking on an Island. Also, a checkers game table with 2 parson's chairs offers additional entertainment and, conveniently, a half bath is located off the entryway.
The dining area off the living room features a large handsome table with wicker end chairs and tree branch styled chairs seating 8. The kitchen, with granite countertops and tiled floor, has a large island with 3 stools and is open to the living area and the breakfast nook with another table and 4 chairs. A handsome roped, round mirror is mounted above a buffet with a built-in wine rack. A full washer and dryer are located in a room off the kitchen that also has a door to the garage.
The screened and open porches spread the length of the villa with access from the breakfast nook, living area and the downstairs master bedroom. The screened area has 2 comfy chairs with ottomans for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening sunset and the open end of the porch has a high top table with 2 chairs as well. There is a small grassed area accessible from stairs in front of the marsh.
The 1st floor spacious master bedroom offers a king bed covered in salmon and moss green frond bedding and a flat screen TV. Attached is a sunroom, with gorgeous views though sliders to the porch, that offers 2 wicker backed chairs and a leather ottoman for reading. A large private bath features a walk-in shower, 2 vanities, and the floor length windows are covered with plantation shutters.
The upstairs landing is open to the great room below and offers 2 more bedrooms. The 2nd master king bedroom gazes out over the salt marsh and has a tiffany blue and white color scheme with a single futon, a flat screen TV, and a private full bath. The 3rd bedroom, with blue and tan shell bedding, has 2 twin beds, a daybed with a trundle bed, another flat screen TV and a private full bath.
As previously mentioned, activities are all within reach including the Lawton Horse Stables just a quick walk away as well as the pool and tennis courts in your complex, and a trolley ride to the beach or the famous Harbour Town Marina with its array of stores, restaurants, and even a playground.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty.
(c) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.
(d) Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.
(e) A guest with a confirmed reservation wishing to change dates or accommodations will incur cancellation charges according to the schedule shown above.
(f) Allow 10 business days to process your refund. Guests will not receive a refund until all payments posted to their account have cleared the bank and are not in dispute.
