|7443 Anchorage, Shelter Cove. Amazing second floor villa (one flight up from parking area)! This property has been completely updated from top to bottom! Absolutely beautiful with modern décor and wood floors throughout (no carpet) and tile in both baths.
The property is ideal for two or three couples, as there are king beds in both bedrooms and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. With great views of the lagoon from the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony, you’ll enjoy the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of this villa. This is YOUR vacation get-a-way!
There are 17 steps up to this property from the nearby parking area. You step into the villa and immediately notice the gorgeous wood floors, Brazilian Tigerwood, very exotic. The sleep sofa, a tealish blue, a comfy chair in deep russet red and a chair with matching ottoman in an undersea coral pattern. Also rounding out the room is a modern rustic “looking” desk and a 36” flat screen TV w/Blue-ray DVD player mounted above it. Colorful stacking tables, lamps and pillows add charm to the room. Blinds in the living room and dining area are made from fabrics that gently diffuse the light, but also provide the control of a blind as the light changes throughout the day.
The dining area has a round solid table in a creamy white with an oak table top and four matching chairs. Stepping into the kitchen you’ll be thrilled with the beautiful rich dark cabinets, tile floor, stone back splash and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked for making your favorite dishes with all new cookware, dinnerware and glassware. The balcony is covered, yet open and has a square table and four chairs AND a mounted 23” flat screen TV!
You won’t have to miss your favorite morning show while you enjoy your coffee on the balcony and take in the sounds of nature all around you. This is serenity!
To get to the bedrooms, laundry area and baths, you must walk up three steps. To the right you will find the first master bedroom and bath. Done in off white furniture with oak tops, the king bed is dressed in an aqua matelassé spread, adding just the right touch to the room. A 43” flat screen TV is on the dresser for your entertainment. This room also offers a custom built closet interior, a modern full bath with large walk-in tiled shower, sink and granite countertop, abalone mirror and built-in rich cabinetry.
Down the hall is the full size washer and dryer, entrance to the second bathroom from both the hall and the second bedroom. Another king size bed with a creamy soft pallet of blue, light gray and cream compliments the off white furniture consisting of two night tables, headboard and chest of drawers with a 42” HDTV. You’ll find another custom closet interior in this room.
Guests staying at the Anchorage Villas can enjoy the on site community pool and are within easy walking distance to the Marina and its variety of shops, restaurants and live entertainment. Beach access is courtesy of the Palmetto Dunes beach buggy offering complimentary service from Shelter Cove to the beach in Palmetto Dunes.
The property is within a short few minute walk to the community pool with separate community spa, both seasonally heated and cooled year round to keep the water in the mid 80's, Ellas’ Restaurant and the Shelter Cove Marina. You and your family will certainly enjoy this lovely villa and take home many memories to share for years to come.
Your best beach access is a 3 to 4 minute drive into the Palmetto Dunes Plantation. A Palmetto Dunes parking pass is mandatory for all vehicles at $10 per vehicle per week. Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Note: Only 1 dog allowed in this property.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty.
(c) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.
(d) Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.
(e) A guest with a confirmed reservation wishing to change dates or accommodations will incur cancellation charges according to the schedule shown above.
(f) Allow 10 business days to process your refund. Guests will not receive a refund until all payments posted to their account have cleared the bank and are not in dispute.
