|7416 Anchorage, Shelter Cove. This 2 BR/2BA, second floor villa offers exceptional views of the community pool and pond from the private balcony including a table and 2 relaxing chairs! This beautiful Mediterranean Village setting of Shelter Cove is a very popular spot for shopping, fine and casual dining and watching the boats coming and going. Cultural events are just around the corner at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and festivals at Shelter Cove are spread throughout the season.
Fresh upgrades include new carpet, new living room furniture, including a new sleep sofa, love seat and large leather ottoman and new flat screen TV’s in the living room and master bedroom. The entire villa is decorated in an earth tone palette of beige, soft robin’s egg blue, with taupe and cream colors. The dining area has a glass and bamboo table with cushioned matching chairs and seats six quite comfortably with fabulous views of the pond with a beautiful fountain. There is a wall of windows in the dining area that provide wonderful natural light and acts as a “sun-roof” as well. Teal green accordion shades provide privacy and a respite from the sun when needed.
The living room is very comfortable with the new sleep sofa couch and love seat done in a soft beige microfiber with darker brown piping. An occasional chair shares the room and is placed in a comfortable area for reading with a table and floor lamp for extra lighting. There is also a 39” flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD Player for your entertainment.
To get to the bedrooms and baths, you must walk up three steps, the master bedroom, to your right, has a huge mirrored closet, a king bed with bamboo headboard, oak and wicker night tables, twin lamps, a 32” mounted flat screen TV, and lovely bedding, again in the taupe and blue palette.
The spacious master bath has an oval whirlpool tub with shower, tile floors, and wide vanity with built-in makeup area with vanity seat.
The guest room has an entrance from the hall and the adjoining bath and offers two twin beds with lightweight stripped quilts and shams, also done in the same color scheme including an oak and wicker night table and 3-drawer dresser. Ample lighting and a walk-in closet are also offered in this room.
Guests staying at the Anchorage Villas can enjoy the on site pool and are within easy walking distance to the Marina and its variety of shops, restaurants and live entertainment. Beach access is courtesy of the Palmetto Dunes beach buggy offering complimentary service from Shelter Cove to the beach in Palmetto Dunes.
The property is within a short few minute walk to the community pool with separate community spa, both seasonally heated and cooled year round to keep the water in the mid 80's, Ellas’ Restaurant and the Shelter Cove Marina. You and your family will certainly enjoy this lovely villa and take home many memories to share for years to come.
Your best beach access is a 3 to 4 minute drive into the Palmetto Dunes Plantation. A Palmetto Dunes parking pass is mandatory for all vehicles at $10 per vehicle per week. Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle runs from April until September.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement after 48 hours from the reservation date, the reservation monies received will not be refunded which is any monies applied up to the date of the cancellation will be forfeited. Guests are given 48 hours from time of booking to cancel reservation without penalty.
(c) No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather. Travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest. Guest and parties listed above must comply with any mandatory evacuation order.
(d) Cancellations or early departure by the guest for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of rent.
(e) A guest with a confirmed reservation wishing to change dates or accommodations will incur cancellation charges according to the schedule shown above.
(f) Allow 10 business days to process your refund. Guests will not receive a refund until all payments posted to their account have cleared the bank and are not in dispute.
